    @JioCare Established a jio tower at chenappady but there is no use we are getting slow internet connection we are situated at an air distance 600 meters but no speed,poor voice quality please take necessary steps

    OmairIrfan4: @mksrivishnu @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare Yes, the navigation is indeed harder for older peoples who usually watches that only. The interface should be changed like to some dth service. Exactly isn't possible but nearer is possible.

    @JioCare Your connection is again down today. I got Airtel connection disconnected so that I get continued service however I am v disappointed that within a month this is again creating problem and hampering my work!

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio what is the procedure of re-activation of my terminated jio sim which i have not recharge more than a year. and worst thing is that your Jio Official Store ask me to Buy Premium Bodyguard VPN app then they will activate my sim. How can they force me ?

    Yesterday I took connection of Jio fiber nd after 10 minutes d device stopped working, d engineer took d customer code saying dat tomorrow I will install a new box.nd now they are asking me to talk to jio care. #Fake_promise #Fraud. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare how long do i need to wait to get my fiber fixed? A technician was scheduled to visit my place today but nobody came! Tried calling your customer care but no got no response! My fiber service id 3613566936. Pls guide me the steps to surrender the connection.

    @JioCare Kindly escalate the work order so the IP address issue within Jio network can be resolved. It has to be whitelisted. Issue is not at the router end. The same is working with Airtel and BSNL connections and not with Jio.
