@JioCare Established a jio tower at chenappady but there is no use we are getting slow internet connection we are situated at an air distance 600 meters but no speed,poor voice quality please take necessary steps

Worst network @JioCare .. Facing same problem again and again since last two months no one is responsible for this pathetic network..how this is the jio running in my area.. Lakhs of people impacting there daily office works..advise to people plz portrait ASAP.

@JioCare 198 to the customer's complaint number It is not possible to file a complaint through the IVRS system. Fix it immediately. The service is very poor. My 7012271470 complained of not getting a range and has not been corrected yet.

@JioCare I can use internet but not calls ( incoming & outgoing). Is this really 4G world or i alone get shifted to some 0G network that's why I can only use internet without calls ? Hope so this time I will get new unique reason. 🤞🙄 #myjio #nocalls
