Over the last few weeks, I've faced issue after issue. First, the outdoor unit was down for nearly 10 days, leaving me without a stable connection. After that, there was a tower outage, causing further disruption. Now, despite paying for a 100 Mbps plan, my connection is consistently delivering only 20–35 Mbps (Speedtest screenshots attached). This isn't an occasional slowdown—it's become the norm. I depend on this connection for work, and repeated outages followed by subpar speeds are unacceptable. I've spent more time troubleshooting than actually using the service. I expect @JioCare to investigate this thoroughly, restore the promised speeds, and provide a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes. Customers shouldn't have to keep following up for basic service quality. Please escalate this and resolve it at the earliest. #JioFiber #CustomerService #Broadband
