@dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

@JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience

More then 24 hours Internet service is completely down very poor service by @JioCare on 1 minute late recharge they cut or slow down your services but here they have no answers. I must say @airtelindia is much better then Jio in case of customer care..? 😠@reliancejio #Jiodown

Hey @reliancejio what is this going on, today's the 3rd day and I was told that the issue will be resolved by today 9-10 am and still nothing on it. Even now the customer care executive is not able to tell me anything about this. They are simply saying "it's a technical issue".
