@JioCare And this is exactly the reason why Jio will NEVER win with the “premium” cohorts coz customer centricity is not in their DNA - never was, never will. Airtel and Vodafone just need to ensure they don’t do anything to terribly piss off their #Premium customers and will be good.

@JioCare I had complaint regarding my fiber connection not working at 9 AM in the morning. The technician doesn't visit before 10 AM. I have not got any update for my complaint. When should I expect you? 12 midnight? PS: I was told that my query will be resolved in 24 hours.

@JioCare so change your policy because this is your mistake if any QR code showing on your screen then customer definitely scan that and do as per your guideline but that QR code is misguided us so what is our fault ?
