@JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

@dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience

Hi @reliancejio I am contacting customer care for past two month and asking them to stop my postpaid connection. Everytime they said that you will get a call within 24 hrs but none of the calls i got so far and I have to pay the bill continuously.
