    @JioCare google. My main issue is when i called up your customer care, their pre installed tone is - this is the issue running in the area and could take more time to resolve (more days) they also says it might be the possibilities that, many users in your area using at a same

    Internet speed is too slow from somedays. My dad is telling me to port the sim but i will not because you are the company who gives us cheap internet and saves us from other companies' over expensive data prices. I will not forget what you have done for us.@reliancejio @JioCare

    Very poor service bad internet speed It's been close to a month now, since I have been complaining about it, every time I hear same ridiculous reply but issue still remains. I have heard Airtel provides far better service as they respect their consumers. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare How to speak to customer care executive or lodge a complaint? I have trying to raise a complaint regarding set top box not working but jiocare chat is useless, email is useless, phone is also useless.

    @JioCare I recently installed JIO from the day the Landline not working.. since I raised the complaint but without addressing the issuue that was closed... And JIO chat also not helping.. please address the landline issue ASAP
