    @reliancejio I am a jio prepaid user AT/PO- SARAGAON ,DIST- BALASORE STATE -ODISHA,PIN-756002. I am facing so many issues like call drop , fluctuating network, slow internet since 6 months. I complained about this matter many times but there is no necessary action taken yet.

    @JioCare This is a request to expand the jio fibre service i have booked jio fibre months ago but still the fibre cable is not reached i have gone to jio store they said my hone is more than 200 metres from the area where jio fibre pole please help my pin code 440016.

    @JioCare fiber internet is down since yesterday. Your toll free no does not connect user to customer care executive. Jio care app and whatsapp bot don't find and executive to connect user. What I am supposed to do. Very frustrating experience.
