    @JioCare Hello my jio fiber internet is not working from 9 days I already have a service request raised. I call your customer care everyday and still no Jio engineer comes. This is the worst customer service I have faced not able to user internet for 9 days.

    Dear @JioCare, You have such useless customer service that they just repeat what was given in writing to them. I called for a modem that is dead and wants to be replaced. They say that the modem is dead because I didn't recharge. Either I am an idiot or they are? Who is it?
