    @JioCare Patience like seriously? For how much time? I've been waiting to get response since ages and when I get it. It's like "we're working on your issue, rest ve assured it'll be solved as soon as possible. Soon? Do you even know the meaning of soon? It's been more than 17h already

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup It's been 3 months since I have escalated a issue regarding OTT referal voucher. But till now no resolution is provided. The customer care executives are so incompetent that they used to tell new things each time except the way to resolution.

    @reliancejio 6 days since a porting request was submitted. The number is still on the previous network. How to resolve the issue? Customer care seem to have no idea about it.
