    @JioCare @reliancejio My service was scheduled at 1 PM today, but when I called customer care issue has been marked as resolved again without any visit.. ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS? ATLEAST TELL THAT YOU CANT RESOLVE THE ISSUE.. I will see for other alternatives.. Really SHAME ON your team....

    @JioCare This was the same response i got from your team when i raised this request and i reverted with all the details. After that the ticket was reopened stating apologies and confirming a resolution. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare We have got a Business plan connection on our office , after the installation none of the engineer's visited our office for providing the static IP . Repeatedly we have raised a request with customer care still it's pending from 10days. #badservice #JioFiber

    There is an issue in your apl, because of which money went into wrong account of jio fibre. Instead of addressing and checking the issue, your are only telling you can't do anything. Customer service is pathetic.@reliancejio why can't a program have a bug, atleast check it

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Such a amazing services you guys give to your customers. I am amazed how can someone be such disrespectful such careless about their customers. Yesterday I raised a complain and today as well and even customer service agent disconnected my call!!
