    @JioCare My problm haven't been solved this is Day 7 till now problm prevails . I'm unable to use data. Disappointed in jio. Regreating why I chose jio. POOR SERVICES I'm unable to attend classes because of this data issue

    No coverage one point showing most of the time zero signal strength showing not able to dial or receiving calls and sms because of this.. I can't use internet because of this poor network connection strength.. Please do provide good network strength for use LTE service. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Very poor coverage and tower strength is very low. Network data speed very worst.. I’m not suggesting this network in my family and friends

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, what am I actually paying for?! Paying for a 100Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but barely getting 10-20 Mbps, sometimes dropping to a pathetic 100Kbps! Been complaining since March 2026 and absolutely ZERO response. WORST network ever. #JioAirFiber

    Day 39 of @JioCare @JioCare being absolutely indifferent towards customer grievances and commitments. Top channels and Social media team has zero clue about what is going on in the ground level. Meanwhile, template replies and false promises keep on coming.

    @JioCare tried 5 time's to complain to Mumbai office the answer after 48 hour's we are trying no respite this is how common people are looted by this horrific service no shame of how senior citizens are suffering. Such answers after deducting our entire money

    What are your SLAs here? 2 full days down with just msgs being sent to the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare - if there is 1 day delay you switch off our services. Now that there is such a prolonged service rectification why should you not be penalized?

    The speed and coverage feels now energetic again, Jio took feedback seriously. There is a reason I believed Jio because they provided me uninterrupted coverage for more 7 years 2020: 20mbps 4G with lowest latency (my phone doesn't support CA that time) 2021: 45mbps 4G (same as 2020) 2022: 70-75mbps 4G+ (phone changed Jan 2023: First to upgrade the nearest tower to 5G That's why I had faith in @reliancejio
