    @reliancejio yesterday I was to get my refund but instead I received a message saying it would be resolved today and again today I received the same message saying tomorrow is this some kind of joke to you guys or your support is such as you don't even know to keep up with timeli

    @JioCare My refund was to be processed by yesterday as per you commitment given on Friday , but again delayed by 2 days is this what you Call as full refund without any questions asked, let me know if you can solve my issue o not

    I have only received generic responses from @JioCare , without any attempts to resolve the issue, and the installation completed. Pathetic service by #JioFiber I Paid for a JioFiber connection, unable to get it installed. Unable to contact customer care
