    @JioCare I've actually used the trial plan along with other SP. I found issues with Jio speed. I wanted the connection to be uninstalled and since 4 weeks and tirelessly I keep calling the customer care and they give date on date. No one turns up to uninstall.

    @ViCustomerCare VI asked me to DM for the details and I responded immediately. It’s being more than 4 days, glad to say they didn’t even responded back and no one call for resolution. I am very happy to move to @reliancejio. VI lost me. VI don’t care.@VodafoneGroup #CheaterVI #fraud

    Pathetic service by jio. internet is not working from 2 days, after multiple reschedule and calls no technician has turned up. They are just rescheduling the visit. Disappointed with jio. Complaint no: SR000013BHP3 @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare Jio Fiber installed a trial wifi BB at my place, Tr request 299949218355 on 28 Oct. Free for one month. Rs 2500 refundable security deposit. Vide serial No SR000012ZN1U on 23 Nov I requested customer care to Uninstall and refund security deposit. So far 👎 no action

    @reliancejio i am living in Gandevi near sugar factory. In our area reliance jio network is not working properly. Hear we cant use 4G network. Network is continuously fluctuate. Kindly do something. Otherwise i have to switch my network to another operator.

    @reliancejio @JioCare how to contact Jio Enterprise. Have a tollfree, hadn’t received any invoice in last 4 months (since TFN activated) but receiving msg to pay bill. How can I ask my company to make payment without invoice. Not able to login on self-care portal.

    I need to speak with a human not a robot. I have done a recharge for 50 GB and i was not able to activate the plan. Now my speed is slow, i mean dead slow. I dont find a button yo activate a upcoming plan. @reliancejio @JioCare
