    @JioCare Today engineer was supposed to visit at 1o clock, nobody came still ,this is not at all expected by jio staff,and i am. Getting messages that they have resolved my issue and need feed back, I don't know what to do from past 5 days we are facing issue no body is visiting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Just disgusted with your pathetic customer service. My Jio Set Top Box is not working since yesterday, i have logged numerous complaints but this Jio team doesn't have any customer contact point where the customer can directly spk on IVR (1/2)

    @JioCare One of the fraud compnay even i call 2 times to customer care to understand the reason of additional bill but jio team doesn't have answer. Thankfull i requested to close the connection and better to switch @airtelindia

    @JioCare I got a call stating JioFibre on Truecaller but no one spoke and disconnected the call and I nvr rcvd any further call. As usual Customer is the main point of Negligence for @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCareSir reliance jio calls its customer again and again if there is no recharge, do i get call so many times since last 2 months and they talk like this people like i have committed a big crime Keep it up today I just got a call and she was talking so rudely

    Hey @TheOfficialSBI,On 08/07/2022 I made a recharge payment to @reliancejio using @whatsapp payment. Unfortunately the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account. It's already 7 days still I didn't get my money back. Please help.

    Since yesterday, no one has reached out or called me to resolve my problem or query. The customer service team is untraceable . IDK how can such a big data service provider have such callous after service team @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup utterly disappointed
