    @JioCare My problm haven't been solved this is Day 7 till now problm prevails . I'm unable to use data. Disappointed in jio. Regreating why I chose jio. POOR SERVICES I'm unable to attend classes because of this data issue

    @JioCare last 15 days.. my net is slow down at 7 pm to 12 am. i had a complim but not resolve. so i decide quite jio.. thank you jio my location Vaithikuppam, 66 Pillaiyar koil street. pondicherry

    No coverage one point showing most of the time zero signal strength showing not able to dial or receiving calls and sms because of this.. I can't use internet because of this poor network connection strength.. Please do provide good network strength for use LTE service. @JioCare

    @JioCare Registered Mobile Number - 9986033221 No service id. the chatbot says connection cannot be shifted. Not sure what you expect me to do when i shift my house.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @GoI_MeitY I am not able to receive OTPs and text messages due to which I am suffering losses, Customer care is disconnecting calls after receiving it. Extremely pathetic customer care service with mental harassment.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am User of Jio Fibre and facing a repetitive issue every day in the evening , it stops working and starts next morning. After complaining several times issue still persist. check into this matter else have to switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare I am facing mobile internet issues from past 2 days..hardly there is any speed coming in my area. The speed is so bad that its taking 5mins for a whtsapp message to get delivered....despite of highlighting this to customer care hardly they have done anything to improve.
