    Tried to convert my sim to eSim. Service provider wanted me to update the email first before esim process. @reliancejio took about seconds to update email id. @airtelindia has given a ETA upto 23rd March for email update. Got #jio esim in just about 2 hours overall.

    @JioCare Do u give any benefits to your customer who are suffering either in the morning, afternoon or evening? For renewal you reduced the internet bandwidth one week before the day of payment and ask us to pay early. seriously not happy with @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Refer SR No SR0000196PJA, jiofibre disconnected on 3-march-22.Despite many requests,the device pickup hasn't yet been done. Received a call from 2 of your executives yesterday. Both the executive do not bother to respond my calls since morning. Poor service @reliancejio

    I have paid @VodafoneIdeaIN INR 600+ for the package of D+H and now both sides disowning responsibility. I have paid the money and hence I should get the service. This is one reason why @airtelindia and @reliancejio eating your market share

    @reliancejio can you guy put your customer service number where customer can tell their issues? I recharged my mobile one week back money is deducted but recharge not active even after 2 week. Your 198 no option to tell this issue , your store don’t know how to solve??All screwed
