    @JioCare I am using jio since the day it launched. My sim became faulty and I was at your store to get it replaced, had the worst experience of my life. had to visit three times because your employee who takes the fingerprint wasn’t there. That’s okay, but then the worst followed

    @reliancejio @JioCare has the worst service for JioFiber. Logged a complaint 4 days ago and haven't had any resolution for it.

    @JioCare my mobile data on my Jio sim isn’t working. So much buffering and no connectivity in my area. You guys either get it fixed or refund me my ₹239 which paid for your bad services.
