    @Amrit31017745 @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare They just give assurance but never do anything in reality to help customers, they keep on scheduling visit for disconnection and device pickup from 2 weeks but no one ever visited. Better go ahead with other wifi service provider

    @JioCare When the first avaibility of engineer when i call your customer care they said today from saturday and now is tuesday when ur engineer is available to install such a pathetic if is not possible tomorrow for u then cancel my plan n install other service

    @JioCare didn't knew about 999 plan with free jio tv, otherwise would have gone with it for yearly plan. now stuck with bad service of airtel for 1 year.

    @reliancejio Ajay Thakur Contact no 9953048484 . Your marketing division had made life miserable for people to port from other service providers. Some from Jiofiber came 6 moths back when he was installing it on the first floor. And now what your your team is doing over a week?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Thousands of OTP is coming related to Jio Enhanced Messaging. It's very annoying and unprofessional behavior of customer care executive make it worse.
