    @JioCare I just received DM from your agent that the above issue has been resolved, again they marked it resolved without resolving it in reality. I still have same issues and no changes has been made at all. What are you guys doing? And why do you always lie when you don't resolve it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio u do nothing other than parroting same replies,25 days since my complaint,despite several escalations u have not even bothered to call,u arbitrarily closed the complaint,what kind of customer care is this?still u say unr concerned?useless teams sitting on this

    @reliancejio my daughter reached Dubai after updating her roaming plan for INR **** she could never receive calls… called up customer service several times but no use… Jio service are very bad…😭couldn’t reach my daughter…

    @JioCare For your kind information reliance tower is placed near 100 meters to the location, if your team is working on the issue what I should till the issue fixed. Keep recharging the number without using data
