    @JioCare This is peculiar problem. Wired Internet is not working 5G is working as WiFi and 2G is not working. Besides that today I have project requirements to be taken and I am really not happy with the internet behaving. This will be a hard time.

    @JioCare Pathetic services of Jio fibre. Internet services are hopeless. Connectivity is not consistent and there is a huge gap in speed which is promised and delivered. Complaints logged multiple times gets closed automatically without resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been now more than 24 hours and around 48 hours for which the issue persists . You guys are just extending the limit of how pathetic your services can be

    @JioCare It's a shame that even after confirming the visit of the service engineer no one has responded to the complaint. Please get your Jio fibre connection removed and refund the money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI While fixing other flat's connection why does the service guy disconnect my connection? This is 3rd time this has happened.Are they playing a game with customers in our apartment? Regret my decision to recharge jiofiber, should have opted for other service providers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service ever no customer support only calls and promises that someone will come to resolve but from 1 week no solution Mr Asif And Mr Gaurav no help i am frustrated please tell me the process of handing over jio and how to get refund you all are worst
