    @JioCare @reliancejio 1. This is to inform you that I have a new jio fiber connection which was activated on 02/07/21. From yesterday midnight these was no connection and still now. Already I raised an issue and complaint but no one cares. Is it a service?

    @JioCare I feel the delaying tactics is that customer would finally give up chasing n the money. I use JIOFIBER, 4 connection Family mobile plan & a JioFI data connection. Pay JIO Rs. 2000+ every month but the Co. doesn’t bother to refund the hard earned money of loyal customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my order id is NO0000HWBKL3. the service guy has booked for the order and now has blocked and not responding for tge service. i was having my online exam and have payed all my amount for jio fibre and lately they deceived and cheated me.

    @shiny_ashi @reliancejio Pls think twice before taking the connection brother. If you need to shift or disconnect it for any reason..,they will never come and take it back. You will never get your refund. Just a friendly advice. 🙏
