    @JioCare if you really want to resolve my problem, pls send me a customer care personnel's number. I have tried too much to understand my net and net issue on my location but your whatsapp computer assistance could not help me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number is SR000014NYTE. You will receive an update by 20/04/2021 14:06. There was no call back. No support.only cheating. Extortion attempt. jio sucks. Fu*k you cheaters. #Jio_Cheats

    @JioCare That's not my issue still i didn't get my full refund after my cancellation They have mentioned that the device i given was not working but it is in working condition when I returned it.

    @reliancejio This is being to your notice that I had recharge my jio no:8299243858 on 20thApril, 2021 by 149 recharge but still it's not in operational. The SIM is linked with my Aadhar named Pashupati. I enquired from customer care, they have different excuse time to time.

    @JioCare its seriously a bad customer grievance redressal mechanism in place. No on call customer eexecutive support. Only contact through email that too takes numerous day and explain the problem to every exec..not expected service from JIO @reliancejio
