    @JioCare Have registered your jio fiber and all the process of payment have been completed a week ago but the installation is still pending.And the more frustrating part is that no one is taking responsibility .Local authority are rescheduling the setup everyday. Help ASAP.

    @reliancejio Mr Ambani , kindly help me get back my refund , which your company has held back without valid reason. I got Jio Fibre free trial and requested uninstall before 1 month was over. Then started a drama to keep my money. Here is the Appellate ticket number SR000015IYFG

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber issues Tax invoices to customers, but it does not appear in the GST 2B, despite Jio in possession of GST no of the customers.. Why is Jio cheating??

    @JioCare Jio you gave a very good service but today I am continously getting messages for my current plan which is soon going to be expire it still has few days left even though I am getting 10 to 15 messages continously in less than a second please help !!

    @reliancejio Fix your network in Guwahati. Network aata jaata rehta hai all the time. Ek conversation nai ho paati theek se call pe. Its Irritating to the core. 😒
