    @JioCare Try to improve the mobile network first. Unable to talk, the network keeps coming and going. Can't think of using the Internet. 2km should move ahead from home for internet usage. From Assam,Dhemaji District.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare internet sucks. The customer support hangs up on me basically. It’s harassment. Is there no quality check for your helpline? You guys take my money and don’t even refund? I never experienced this worst treatment ever.

    @reliancejio I want an immediate jio tower Installation in my area..I am facing problems from soo long ..no one is hearing.there is no tower in my village but I still got full network coverage but internet is not running good..slower than 2G..y is this happening..plzz 🙏🏼 do smthg

    @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio i feel so bad that i am leaving in internet world.but in my village and nearby other villages doesnt have any 2G or any other network. service . It is running but is never running ....plz resolve this problem...@mukeshambani 🙏

    @reliancejio nowadays your internet connection is very bad , we face many problems using jio SIM and the biggest problem is that most of the time Google meet left me from my class for your bad connectivity. I also call your customers care but they put my call in hold. Ridiculous

    @reliancejio dear Jio I always admire your sales and service tactics but from last 15 days my Jio fibre is not working, complain has been raised for the same but till date no response. I’m loosing connection, service, passion, and “faith”..
