    After every 15days same problem is arising. We heard @JioCare didn’t pay to company labour, so are breaking the cables @TRAI kindly look into the matter.

    I checked my handset as well changed also, Problem is not in my handset its @reliancejio tower issues

    My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct the issue, enable 5G.@JioCare @SamsungMobile

    @vijayinani @JioCare @JioCare your app used to identify my S20 FE 5g as A22 first then after raising tons of complaints it went to S20 FE, what does it take for you to fix things at once????

    @Anonymo71933739 @reliancejio @JioCare bet velocity shows no network with 5G network. i guess the app needs an update because it works fine when 4G network is there.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @BSNLCorporate etc.. tried all network none are able to provide single network in my apartment every corner flat gets 1or2 signal strength only in Balcony rest all flats depending on wifi-calling its been 4yrs in this area no improvement location: Chandapura

    @reliancejio @JioCare is it only for my home or is it “back to disruptive normal” phase of JIo? Mumbai santacruz area.. jio Wi-Fi and Internet down for a week. Except collecting monthly payment a week in advance this is the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER .. don’t ask me to come on DM

    @JioCare porting my jio fiber from pre to post is the worst decision i've ever made. Even after paying full amount for a month m again getting a bill after 15 days. This is totally unacceptable, change your billing cycle policies else i'll simply terminate my connection
