    After every 15days same problem is arising. We heard @JioCare didn’t pay to company labour, so are breaking the cables @TRAI kindly look into the matter.

    My jio data pack is expired so I redeemed 10 gb Addon vohucher & m unable to use it. When I compliant to JiO care they said I hav used this in other phone named Samsung. But from last two yr m using One plus 6 n I never bought Samsung. No solution provided! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hrx_Mehra_lab_424 Its ssid for 2.4ghz for which i am having trouble momentarily get speed about 1Mbps also it happens in all device simultaneously but at same time i get good internet at 5ghz speed @30mbps .

    @JioCare installation fees paid on 7th Jan 2021, installation is yet to be done. Can't connect to customer service as no not updated in ur record Order No- NO0000JZ3287 JioFiber Service ID 299955291470 Even my contact no was shared with Airtel executives. Status pls

    It is 24 hours Jio Fiber is down , no technician has come as yet Service Request Number SR000018CBFM . @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio speeds on 4G is so slow, that i'm unable to open My Jio app too. Been complaining since months, but Jio hai ki maanta he nahi. They always say we can't find anything wrong with your network. a.b.c.d.e.FU !! @reliancejio tum Maro

    @JioCare from last 3 weeks i am getting speed in kbs in 2.4 ghz intermittently and getting 30mbps in LAN and 5ghz. Jio care not registering complain. Request you to kindly resolve this issue or disconnect my connection and refund my money. Landline +917752351951
