    @ViCustomerCare hey I'm not even getting 2g internet from today morning near ramapuram, Chennai. It's my stupid decision to stay with Vodafone even when everyone suggested to Port to @reliancejio

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare Standard template responses are not going to solve my issue!! Provide me with a solution!! Still working without any foreseen resolution even after 3 days is really not acceptable!!

    @TRAI is there anyway I control the annoying promotion and notifications from my own network @JioCare keep pouring into my mobile! I'm seriously considering this switch to a network who respect the user preferences. @airtelindia

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    @JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare Your service at coordinates 26.3632295, 84.9891846 is worst from month. Many time contacted support but no resolution. Not be able to send a single WhatsApp message during these day with every jio number we have in family. 1/2

    @JioCare my jio fibre connection no is 3507379 , since last 6 months wifi speed is 20kb/s , & my plan is 30mbps .all time buffer. No any customer support.only recorded message every time. my problem not resolved i will shift to other operator next month .
