It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

@JioCare - worst customer support. Internet has been down for last 10 days. They tell me everyday someone is coming to fix my issue. I wait all day. Then nobody shows up. Their call center just parrots the same responses over and over without being helpful. Not sure what todo.

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup No refund after 20 days. Such a fraud company with bunch of idiots sitting only to give generic response. Nobody would call and resolve the issue. They are just there to respond something in the social media. Jio should shut completely.
