    Its disgusting to note that customer has to run behind service provider dont the co have responsibility towards consumer is TRAI @TRAI Monitoring or in Khumbhakarna mode.@Airtel_Presence do u have presence and care no revert so far till such shd v suffer @reliancejio very sad.

    @JioCare disappointed by your services,facing continous network issues since one year,all your service providers did is took a complaint number and did nothing out of it,now im literally getting no service singnals on my phone,ive made almost 5 complaints regarding this in a year

    @JioCare Jio Team, I am reiterating here, dont give such answer & resolution. We do have very good networks & happy with that but our only concern while there is electricity failure your network down immediately, means you dont have back up!! @TRAI

    @JioCare can you please deliver a Jiofi 3 to me. Actually my jiofi 2 has stopped working due to bad battery. Replacing the battery also didn't helped. Please provide help at the earliest

    @VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

    How long are customers expected to tolerate poor network quality? For the past 1–2 weeks, Jio's internet has been painfully slow. Videos keep buffering and even basic browsing is frustrating. Customers pay on time and deserve reliable service. Time for real improvement. @JioCare

    Plan end on 16/06 bill generated 17/06 1060rs. I took new 1 year plan 18/06 and paid but its still showing due 1060 and so does the customer care executive said. Why should i pay @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber please provide resolution & wave of due. Statement no. 192520191982

    @JioCare Yesterday, I ported my number from Airtel to Jio, but I'm disappointed with the service experience so far. With the same plan, I never faced buffering issues on Airtel, whereas on Jio almost every video keeps buffering while streaming.

    Worst customer care experience with @reliancejio . CC representative are so unprofessional & have no empathy . It’s is seems your talking to Bots not humans & having zero ethics . In last 36 hrs called up 3ice and stayed on call for 20 mins each and at the end no solution.

Still after 10 days and calling jio complaint helpline number several times i have not recieved refund which was promised to me at the time of cancellation in 7 days It's a sincere request to do within today otherwise i might have to go consumer court
