I requested JioFibre 2 months ago and they told me that they are not providing service in my area, The area where they are providing service is 200m behind my location, so is 200m a huge distance to provide service for Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare stay away from Jio Fibre. They have huge customer base but fail to give service. been assured by jio to resolve jio Fibre issue by deputing the technician, it is a week N they keep on canceling appointment.better switch to @airtelindia who have better reliable Network.

@JioCare please share any bundled service plan for 4 postpaid sims plus broadband plus DTH services. Frustrated by pathetic @airtelindia postpaid mobile service. Crooks @Airtel_Presence are by themselves upgrading plans to charge higher. Will let go of #Airtelxstream as well

@JioCare i used connection for 3days and told customer care to close my connection at same time device was removed for evidence check usage history why you charging me for 10 days. i dint got 1 free month trail which was promised by salesperson hence i closed connection on 3rd day
