@JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

@JioCare At least you should flash a warning. In the plans list, instead of just saying 'jio phone' you should say 'jio phone instrument/ set' or some such thing, so that there is clarity. 'Jio phone' will be understood as 'jio (mobile) service.'

@JioCare JioGames on JioFiber is the worst gaming I ever saw 1. Games are poor 2. You cannot even map software remote on mobile correctly 3. An AD after every stage/death is like seeing 30sec of ad every 3min of play & last 4. You advertise it like you are providing free games
