    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

    @JioCare @hsgambhir Sir they will do nothing. Even after continuous complaining for last 52 days the pathetic condition of the service is same with zero improvemnt.

    @JioCare Very poor network in my location. Area Pin -841311 I can't use voice call and Data service properly. Improve your network as soon as possible.

    @Aashish3105 @JioCare @reliancejio Since, No payment causes No Services there should be a right to the consumers to claim refund for the no service period. We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    @nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

    @JioCare Near by icci bank atm , front of stsr kids school this problem always occur after long power cut ,from last night now network is coming but resolve this problem permanently, after 10 pm internet speed always slow i am paying for 4G services, but service sometime poor

    @JioCare @TRAI Hello Jio care , I'm using jio fiber, and service id down from last 1 hour when I call the area manager for resolution, he simply said that please cut down the service, even don't know how to talk to a customer. Even shouting on call.

    @JioCare everyday i am getting promised that my problem will be solved today but this today seems like a forever loop where engineers rvscheduled and they visit and go and again gets rescheduled. its been 5 days and we cant give exams. Who will take the responsibility.
