We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

This is clearly a backend/recharge issue. Do not book any more visits. Either activate my plan immediately or process a full refund.
