Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

Its hard to get YOUR SO CALLED JIOFIBER . I am trying to get friber connection since 2022. Now today yours representative told me there is now service available. So invest in 5G connection,not even to provide fiber connection. Thank you. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

What is the problem with @reliancejio network. Calling a jio number from my jio number, and it shows busy. Whereas calling the same jio number from vodafone and the call is going through. Customer care executives also have no idea what is wrong. Strange times and strange network.
