    The others are those, who say that @reliancejio provides a cheap internet service, and does not talk about the hardships a Jio user has to go through, while using the service.

    In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @jio The service and network both are absolutely pathetic! They do not respond for the service. Everytime call Jio no one comes to service or pick up the device! Won't recommend anyone to use @reliancejio as bad coverage and pathetic response team, slowest internet

    @JioCare I'm facing lot's of problem with jio network from past 2weeks. Not only me, my friends are also facing same problem with the network in the Gorakhpur area of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Get it fixed till evening if not done then I have to port in @airtelindia #Jiodown

    @Akshayyyshah I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
