    In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare what a sham your customer service is.. when I was using your chatbot, they advised me to send a mail to jio care and I got a reply from jio care to use chat bot.. how will the customer query / issue will get resolved?

    @JioCare Engineering visit is not required. Its area wide issue.. Possibly in whole of Itanagar connection is disrupted. Fix it asap. After night shift, i need sleep and I can't attend to any engineer as the issue is not locally at home. Best thing 4m ur end to do is to solve the issue.

    @reliancejio it has been two days since my jio fiber with number ±91-1353557627 is not working. Please let me know will it get fixed of I need to switch to Airtel as you dose not seems capable to fix the issue.

    Out of all telecom providers I have used, my worst experience has been with @reliancejio Jio internet had sucked for me, not only at the place where my college is located, but also in places like Marathalli BLR, Kota RAJ Enough with their nonsense, I am gonna switch

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, using fiber . Net not working from yesterday. Engineer visited today and said “ kl ya prso thik hoga wire ka 1 hi bundel milta hai to wo yhi lg jayega” shi hai 6 months k pese advance le lo and fir customers ko tng kro . SR00001GXYUH is complaint nbr.
