In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @DoT_India It has been more than 4 hours since internet is down & no news when it will start. This has become a regular feature with reliance jio fiber connection. Pathetic service. This is in 2nd cross road lokhandwala complex, Andheri west mumbai.

@JioCare really disappointed with your service in Udaipur, nobody is responding to our query. Jio fibre is not working since yesterday. Filed complaint and service man called and now his phone is switched off. Whole day has spoiled.
