Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Still your engineer not allocate from last 2 days my tv is not working and instead of resolving issue on priority you just replying that team will ressolve issue. If you are not able to support customer let us know. Very poor service

Pathetic service @JioCare. Your engineer comes to investigate why Jio Fibre is down. He says the cable is at fault and needs to be purchased! Why should I purchase the cable? It is not my fault the cable you use has faults or is of poor quality. Very poor.

@reliancejio is the worst internet service, provider. It’s definitely not the service that I can rely on. In my locality, the 4G speed is worse than the 3G internet speed. Kindly look into it. Otherwise, I will have to switch to @airtelindia.
