    @JioCare Dear Sir/Madam, We are facing huge network issue not only for internet but calling also. This is not only for me or my family but all the local people are facing the same issues. Please look into this else we will go with legal forum as we are paying money but don't get service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 3rd Class Jio Retailer Support, MNP Caf Rejected No Refund Received Of FRC To Retailer. Jio Has No Retailer Support Center. Almost 2 -3 FRC Amount Jio Not Refunding. They Asking To Visit Jio Center Which Is 29km Far from my location.

    The others are those, who say that @reliancejio provides a cheap internet service, and does not talk about the hardships a Jio user has to go through, while using the service.

    In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

    Worst service from Jio. I have been using Jio fiber for the last 7 days and this is the 6th time i am facing the same issue. For the last 4 days my connection is not working and even after raising a complaint it was not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare hi, I have selected the 5G network but still my phone is working on 4G. How many days will it take to switch from 4G to 5G? Fyi I have updated the sw and have iqoo 9 se 5g mobile.

    @JioCare The issue has been there since yesterday evening. I have been without internet for 24 hours. There has to be an ETA committed rather than open ended statements. ETA please? And who will bear the service cost for days lost?
