    In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

    The others are those, who say that @reliancejio provides a cheap internet service, and does not talk about the hardships a Jio user has to go through, while using the service.

    Dear @JioCare I face a recurring problem on your network wherein if someone calls them, they say the call rings out, but my phone doesn't ring at all. And I get an SMS a while later saying I had a missed call from XYZ. This is happening daily. Please fix the issue.
