In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

Its hard to get YOUR SO CALLED JIOFIBER . I am trying to get friber connection since 2022. Now today yours representative told me there is now service available. So invest in 5G connection,not even to provide fiber connection. Thank you. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

@JioCare my father-in-law is blind and he is govt servant. He want to port his mobile no. from Vodafone to Jio postpaid due to network issue. Is it possible without any problem because eye blinking process during verification can't happen due to blindness.
