In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@RVCJ_FB Jio has slowest in west bengal. Actully it is worst. If you call jio care they have same voice we are working on it, it will okey in some days, and in this way 3years alelready passed. @reliancejio

The reason I decided to forgo the Jio connection was because I was kept waiting a week when the wifi stopped working. I was denied services as a paying customer @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio and now they are holding my money hostage

@JioCare @reliancejio Since last three day i have tried calling customer care but at last stage call get disconnected. I have reside in 5G network area and also have invite for 5G trial but 5G network is not available on my phone.

@JioCare Such a pathetic service by JIO fiber. Today is third consecutive day we have no internet. Feeling like we are staying in remote area though we are part of metropolitan city Mumbai. In the name of restoration, 3rd day without internet. This shows you have poor engineers.
