In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I’m facing abnormally high ping while playing FIFA. This has never happened before. It’s always been between 30-32 but today for the past 12 hours it’s been over 100. This is unacceptable because the my experience is being affected. I urge you to look into this!

Received call from @reliancejio after 2 days of my request to change for postpaid. Person from @JioMart assured that i'll get your service on your doorstep & finally the worst thing happen. It's been 13 days I'm struggling with jio's service. My Prepaid plan ends by 8/5/21 (2/3)

@ViCustomerCare would like to port my Jio number to Vodafone. @JioCare have no concern for their customers. Waiting for a reply since 2hrs & nothing. Atleast ppl at @vodafone pick up the calls. Pathetic customer service by Jio, disappointed beyond measure.
