In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Pathetic Customer Service. Wanted to upgrade my plan for next month due to an accidental wrong recharge. Called Customer Suport and says doesn't have an option to do that nor refund it. Asked to escalate my call and the agent refused to do that too. @C4ETech

@JioCare Your bad network has caused a lot of trouble. The internet is slow. Even your JIO CARE page doesn't open quickly. Despite repeated complaints to you, the network has not improved. The fifth best network in the world is the JIO Network. Why are you lying like that?
