In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare 3rd Class Jio Retailer Support, MNP Caf Rejected No Refund Received Of FRC To Retailer. Jio Has No Retailer Support Center. Almost 2 -3 FRC Amount Jio Not Refunding. They Asking To Visit Jio Center Which Is 29km Far from my location.

@JioCare @reliancejio @HMOIndia Sir so many time I have complain for Jio network issue, per ye issue solve hi nhi ho raha. Computer jawab deta rehta hai or same questions puchta hai, per kuch hota nhi. Jab ye shaher ka haal hai to gaon or phado per to network milta hi nhi hoga.

Recently I had a meeting with a JIoFibre sales manager. He received Rs 1500 from me and assured me to provide the connection next day before lunch. Next day their technical team declared “No box, Sir, will take 2-3 days to get the box”! Never trust a sales person! @JioCare

As per my complaint I just received total amount of 1750 out of 2500. Can you please tell me the rest amount of 750 is credited in how much time.? I just dm @JioCare @reliancejio many times but my issue is not solved yet.

I made a blunder by porting my jio number into Vodafone. It was like Climb up and down. Airtel was always the best option I had. Disgusting Vodafone and of course jio - @JioCare @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare. Even after knowing the issue Vodafone is silent.
