In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio #jiofiber. Your fiber cables in H block, Ansal Villa Farms, Satbari Chattarpur, New Delhi are broken 3 days. Fiber net not working. Can not complain as 1800 number not accessible from Airtel mobile. Pls DM for personal details. At least 50 customers are effected .

@JioCare @reliancejio I shifted from another service provider to Jio and within very first day the internet is down. And there is no support available to fix the issue. It has been 3 hours. Pathetic! Seems like I made a wrong decision.

@reliancejio @JioCare Internet is running down for past 2 days. MyJio app is not useful for raising complaint as it redirects to call 18008969999 where call automatically disconnects. Please resolve this asap and make sure that support number is at least working.

@Aryanjain_22 @reliancejio This is the worst broadband service provider. I have had the same issue and it continually persists even as I write. To top it their technicians are even worse. @reliancejio fix these issues else you will lose customers.
