In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

I hv a jio fiber connection nd within a year the router adapter is not working. I hv paid the installation amnt nd during the installation the guy told me tht any technical defect will be hndld by jio nd now thy r charging me 300 for tht. @reliancejio @JioCare #pathetic #service

@JioCare the network in my area is ****, i'm sick and tired of jio at this point, the video calls aren't working at all, it take 50 mins to send one direct message to someone on Instagram. Please look into it. Bcoz i'm really considering porting to some other network.

@JioCare My JioFiber connection with Order No. is NO0000MDN95D. Have submitted the amount on 27th july but still waiting for installation. Why u have taken money if u unable to provide installation/services. I don't want to continue with dis. Just return my money. Bad experience.

@JioCare Note: +91-8588928526 1st instance was of today only she cut the phone when i was talking!! 2nd instance happened i guess called on saturday near 4 to 4:40 pm he was very rude and used abusive language.
