@JioCare Dear Sir/Madam, We are facing huge network issue not only for internet but calling also. This is not only for me or my family but all the local people are facing the same issues. Please look into this else we will go with legal forum as we are paying money but don't get service.

In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare 3rd Class Jio Retailer Support, MNP Caf Rejected No Refund Received Of FRC To Retailer. Jio Has No Retailer Support Center. Almost 2 -3 FRC Amount Jio Not Refunding. They Asking To Visit Jio Center Which Is 29km Far from my location.

Its hard to get YOUR SO CALLED JIOFIBER . I am trying to get friber connection since 2022. Now today yours representative told me there is now service available. So invest in 5G connection,not even to provide fiber connection. Thank you. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

Respected Sir/Madam, Since last two days we are facing a huge jio network issue in our area. We are hardly getting 4g internet speed, call not getting connected. This issue is not only for me but many people in our area. It's seem the nearest BTS is shut down frequently.@JioCare

@JioCare Atlast one issue was resolved regards jio fiber outrage.. still issue was there with respect to stb. I asked engineer he said ticket need to raise what I need to do.. this issue persistent from last 20days

@JioCare THANKS YOU. I checked in Shillong JIO is pathetic in the entire city, so forcefully i had to file a case in consumer court against JIO. So don't give me lame excuses that service is excellent. Thank you

@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic after sell services provided by JioFiber customer support team. Every time I call, I get almost different answers with false promises. Tried the email option, there also got the same templated replies. Dealing with Jio is just Waste of time & money

@JioCare My issue is still not resolved. Every-time I call they gave me new date. Now customer service representative gave me a date of 15/05/2022. @JioCare please let me know the process to deactivate/cancel my account.
