In my area those who using jio sim, request them not to recharege again. Faceing big problem after recharging 555...Internet speed is like 2g..can not open a single page or any application.... totally west my 555.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare to get an ESIM reactivated I have had to visit your jio stores 5 times and still it wasn’t done. I don’t know if these are to help us or torture us. My esim was activated on a phone which I changed and for that had to visit your jio stores. Very pathetic

@JioCare Pathetic customer Service! Nobody responds!! Had requested for a jiofiber connection on 15Mar'21 and paid 1500 for the same. Till date havent got any connection & on cancellation request, money still not refunded!

@JioCare I have just spoken to one of your executives here. They are behaving like bureaucrats, passing the buck from one to another. Nobody is interested in solving the problem. I humbly request to refund my security along with installation charges. I am fed-up and frustrated. PLEASE !!
