@JioCare every 3rd week I am facing an issue with the jio remote and I keep on raising SRNs. Last SRN SR00001AV291 as well I asked them to change the set top box but they changed the remote instead. Again today the remote has stopped working.Utter stupidity.

All you do is reuse the same template of ‘sorry for the convenience’ and sign it off with a name to make it feel real but do nothing more than just give false reassurances. Expect to lose one customer and hopefully a few more because it is unacceptable. Time to move to @JioCare

@JioCare Netflix clearly told that the verification code is generated through the service provider to access NETFLIX, Netflix doesn't send OTP's .. It's a post paid jio and you guys have allowed the hacker to link my post paid number to fraudster email to use NETFLIX.
