    @reliancejio Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership will be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi. Since last couple of months especially since 5G was introduced the network within my hospital in few areas has deteriorated. Calls get disconnected, even with full bars or LTE I can’t place calls. 5G comes and goes.

    @JioCare fibre with fixed line number is not working. the broadband is ok but the telephone ine doesnt work. can you organise a site visit? thanks.

    Hello @JioCare. I have a jio fibre connection registered with num- 9731092738. I've raised 4 requests so far for internet getting disconnected for hours but the assigned engineers simply come and make it work after endless router restarts and leave. The problem still persists.

    @JioCare I have tried everything- speaking to your customer helpline, sending email, DM to jiomart Twitter handle etc. You have been parroting about 2 days window for complaining as per company policy. As a customer, I'm least bothered about your policy. It's about how Jiomart looted me!

    Reqst id - SR00001IJCY9 . “9542600000”. If you check the records, my number has been terminated twice earlier and this is the third time. No such measures were taken and the request id was closed. Kindly help me to restore and reactivate my number. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @TPLINK_INDIA @reliancejio @JioCare - ever since I shifted to jio. My tp link camera regularly shows red colour (stable). I'm told that there is a synchronisation issue between jio and tp link camera. Can we expect a resolution? Else we will be forced to leave jio immediately.
