@reliancejio Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership will be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

@JioCare There is no EPIC TV available on Jio Fiber. Though the same is there on Jio TV app on Android. We were told at the time of booking that, all channels available on Jio TV shall be there on Jio Fiber as well. This is nothing but misleading the customer. Kindly do needful.

@JioCare It is your problem that you did not pick up the router. You were sending emails saying that pick is postponed due to pandemic. After at least 10 postponments you picked up the machine. This is not my fault. You should return my full rs 1500

@JioCare Though You guys one after another confirmed that a SR # has been generated and I was sent email/sms too that ur engineer will visit my home to replace existing router router to enable installation for jio seh. NONE CAME TILL NOW .. HIGHLY DISPOOINTING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
