    @reliancejio Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership will be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

    Last 5-6 months I have been facing a problem with the internet connection, Time between 5 pm to 11pm. Jio connection speed is too low in my indoor area. I try to connect jio customer service center but no solution, So I decided to go with another provider.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioBrowser I am facing Internet issue since today morning. Raised a service request SR000015N8HB at 1:07 P.M. No one paid visit at the selected slot time. My work is hampering. Called your customer service thrice out of which first two advisors disconnected the call. Awful service

    @reliancejio @JioCare I was scheduled for Jio Fibre installation on 3rd July in Indore. Have already made a payment of INR1,000 to the concerned manager. Ref no. NO0000HUAI39. No one has shown up to set up the service, neither is the agent answering any calls. Very poor service.

    @JioCare I am unable to get the new connection as it's not available in my area. Although it's not very far from the available connection(around a km) But i need it very badly. Kindly help me.

    @JioCare Total bill amount for my post paid jio mobile no:9425279114 (plan-199) was rs 234.82/- per month up to may-2021 but from June onward bill amount suddenly increase without any reason.present plan is also showing plan-199.I have not applied for any value added service.

    @reliancejio still some place where the service is not good, it's off the signal in the location for 15 days.
