    @reliancejio @Facebook Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

    @JioCare Trying to use an old jio sim and recharge with an active plan and still for last 2 days no network on the sim. However there is no issue with the location coverage. I want my refund because customer care is unable to resolve the issue

    Also @JioCare executive saying that this is one time offer. So i have shared screenshot also. Nowhere it has been written that it is one time offer. Worst services by @reliancejio . Looting citizens

    @JioCare Not satisfied with the jio fiber handlers in patna.I booked for jio fiber .The person that came for the booking took 9 days to book my jio fiber.After 3 days the technician came and told that they cannot do the connection.Even the money was paid but no solution till now

    @JioCare I m unable to receive signal out of india and also one of my friend is also using jio number outside india and he is receiving signal witjout IR pack so what problem with my number 9306900428

    @JioCare Jio just cares about metropolitan regions. Jio network is very poor at rural area. I have been complaining about the jio internet speed since a year now but the speed is worst. The common answer I get is the number of users accessing internet at your area is more now as reason.

    It takes @JioCare 30mins to visit and install a new connection for Jio Fiber but takes more than 30 days for a relocation request. Customer service suggests new connection is a better way to relocate @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @JioCare Please share the expected resolution time as your team is not responding on customer care calls nor they have bothered to reach out to me. I want to understand does #JIO bother about SLAs any more ?

    @JioCare advisors are worst...they ask us to drop mails to escalate..further they will give u timings like it 8.58 pm it will be restored..(I know it's not gonna happen) but 2 min bachake kya karoge..ridiculous..just second month but already feels like wrong decision to take jio

    @reliancejio There is no mobile network in koida- Pin- 770048 from yesterday. Please arrange to restore network immediately
