@reliancejio Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership will be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

@reliancejio What is that Computerised loop of plans, when we need to register any complaint don’t we need do dial 198? Why there is no any single option to connect to the representative. We are listening only plans details. I am not getting call from any number properly.

@JioCare I have raise a request multiple times that for my Rs338. Service numbers are "SR00001CHJML","SR00001ABDVE". But from your end saying that amount is credited to your account but it's not showing in my account passbook.

@JioCare Myjio fiber is not working. So I have raised a complaint about that but the agent who should have to come in 24 hours, is rescheduling the day without my request. Worst service ever scene it's been 3 days I am having no update. Customer care is also providing no help.

After numerous complaints for 3 years, @airtelindia has finally improved the signal coverage in rural area, HP. It will help students/IT people to study/WFH because broadband is not possible in hills. While @JioCare failed to improve, they are not even letting me port the SIM.
