@reliancejio Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership will be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

@JioCare Customer service over mail says that the request is resolved. App says the request is resolved. Customer service over call disconnects in the middle of call. Customer service on twitter says request is being processed. Who do I believe? Should I throw out and burn the router.?

@JioCare And people are also recharging .. I will not be able to see at night when I will see .. In the evening for the last 6 months, the same problem that is not saying thick.

@vodafone Please note I am facing hell lot of internet issues on my vodafone network. I do recharge of 299 every month. To post this I required @reliancejio network Please look into it. Or else I will have to look at other alternate option

@JioCare @JioGigaFibre Jio is cheating customers in this way I don't imagine.Upgrade my jio plan to 12M annual silver plan and requested set top box last sept. Now they saying upgrade to a higher plan to avail set top box. Pathetic service and promises. I want my set top box.

@reliancejio @JioCare My jio fibre optics external cable has been damaged by CESC workers during maintenance work. I have been trying to connect to a customer care executive for the past few days but all I get to interact with the IVR. Please resolve it asap.
