    @reliancejio @JioCare i have lodge a complaint for disconnection of jio fiber connection on 11 April, 1st appoint for uninstalling was on 18 but reschedule by your side on 20 again change to 22 again for 23 for 2 times still i am waiting for your engineer to come and pickup

    Hi, Anjaneya Acharya here, I am a Jio Fiber customer residing in Gorai, Borivali, Mumbai. From last month the service is pathetic. The internet isn't available for 4-5 hours every alternate day. Today, the service is unavailable for 12 hours. @JioCare @reliancejio @ImAtulKansal

    @JioCare Tried to helpline guide me with useless things, all knows about your services and plan and also all know where get the information like web and app So why u mentioned into your IVR !? Just connect with customer executive with simple step

    Hi @JioCare does your DND service actually work or it's just a useless function for name sake?? I am daily getting calls from MBA institutions, Bank credit cards, loans etc. I've activated full DND but still being disturbed by useless people bc of your incapability!
