    @JioCare I am facing an issue with my Prime subscription from 11th dec,There are close to 4 tickets raised,out of which 2 are closed without any solution. You will never bother to call me , every time I call the customer care a new ticket is raised with 72 hrs time for resolution

    @JioCare I have requested to cancel Jio Fiber postpaid connection on 16th December 2022. I called today again to check, surprisingly it was closed with some technical issues. They raised cancellation request again today. Can you please cancel my services, really appreciated.

    @JioCare hello Jio , very sorry to say that my connection is down for 14 hours and , there is no escalation matrix . I want my 14 hours back by adding it my existing plan . You charged me but did not give services . As simple as that.

    Despite repeated complaints through various channels. @reliancejio is yet to resolve my problem. I have been trying to follow executives but they r not responding. @JioCare is not responding since yesterday.

    I just recharged my alternate @reliancejio number for some usuage of High Speed internet, after using I realised it took 1hr to download 300mb !! I feel Better to avoid jio or any of service ,cant see are they fastest or faster compare to bsnl dialup !!

    Dear @JioCare since I have upgraded from 4G to 5G, since then I am facing a lot of problem in both incoming and outgoing calls. Neither able to call nor the phone is coming, this is happening many times. #Jiodown

    @JioCare @JioCare please check your DM's. A service engineer was scheduled for a service request on Sunday. He then flaked it by saying he couldn't gain access to my house because we were not at home. Your engineers are ******* liars. I am tired of dealing with you
