@001sahil001 @JioCare Exactly, this is the way they operate. The best thing we can do is to educate friends and family to beware of jiofibre and dont let them to subscribe jio. There are other service provider who are very prompt to resolve any issue.

@Airtel_Presence I am unable to receive SMS from certain services while my other number with @reliancejio have no issues with the same service. This is not just limited to one service but many of them. Probably on one of the SMS gateway my number is blocked?
