    @reliancejio Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership will be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

    Chose JioAirFiber only bcoz team promised TODAY install. Chasing since yesterday. Payment+KYC done today, Praveen & Puneeth came home for it — then Puneeth just says “shift ended” & left. Is @JioFibreCare @reliancejio ready for same-day requests at all? Order NO0001FCHZ2Q,Fix it

    @JioCare There is almost zero coverage in my office in Prime Powai region of Mumbai since last few months, can you check what went wrong here? If any towers got dismantled recently. Issue is for all office colleagues on Jio.

    DAY 29 — STILL NO SOLUTION 29 days have passed, and my Jio AirFiber problem is still not resolved. SR: SR00002NDT4E No proper resolution. No confirmed engineer visit. Still waiting. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Is this the service you provide to customers?

    Hey @JioCare, plz do not cal me again frm difrnt no's. Kindly ask ur staff not 2 contact me. I hv already rqstd to port my no. away frm Jio. I am still facing issues with Jio’s services & I hv decided 2 discontinue using Jio Cons: Poor 5G network quality. Higher recharge prices
