    @JioCare very poor customer support, they don't accept complaint, done an international roaming recharge, no one to tell it's activation status, international Roaming team always not available. Pathetic ! @TRAI Help Comman Citizens from this harassment.

    @JioCare this is really bad experience for me hope jio will take this seriously and stop this type service due to there own policy. This is not just about refund amount but this is about how many people suffer losses due to this .

    Worst internet connection ever. I am regretting to opt for their annual plan. Will port ASAP after the plan ends. Pathetic service. First fix your bloody 4G. It is slower than 2G then talk about 5G. Not expected from a company like Reliance. @JioCare

    @JioCare What opportunities should I give now your internet service has been continuously giving trouble to me especially during the evening hours though your mini tower is 50meter away from my location. Iam helpless iam taking my dad hotspot from vi . I will switch to vi.

    @JioCare I have received lots of them, still no resolution for last 5 days. Waited whole day as I was told it will be activated in two hours. Still dead.. This is how you treat your new customers ?
