@JioCare Internet works fine and other apps apart from Voot and Sony Liv not working. As per your representative, I have 2 plans active. One is Referal plan and the other one is 999 that I recharged as I don’t want referal plan it doesn’t have Internet.

@reliancejio @JioCare have been trying to get my no restored for last 10 months, the previous service provider has no record of dues , jii disconnected siting dues , neither tells what is the due amount , visited jio centre multiple times to no avail, it’s frustrating .
