I waited for support engineer and when I got no response i again tried to connect to concerned team and they assured me the issue will be resolved by tomorrow morning that’s on 7th of march between 9am to 10 am. @reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV

If u are paying 1750/month for getting 300 Mbps speed, then if u are not getting the promised speed even after repeated complaints & follow-ups, and then, Would it not be reasonable to think about changing the service provider - @reliancejio? Why shud I brook only 80 Mbps speed?
