    @JioCare Lets see Dennis, I interacted with your sales exec, engineer and customer care executives.First two were rude, unprofessional, arrogant, disinterested in the job, last one were either cheaters or illiterate to understand simple eng/hindi and report the matter as it was.

    @JioCare fiber intnt down 3 times in 1 week,each time when I raise tck engr visit after 2 day.Nw when I called cstmrcare slot is available only after 4 days. Pathetic & when I asked procedure to cancel cnnction they cut my call.had to tak 3 days leave to ofc as intrnt is dwn

    Every month a day or to before my recharge due date of #JioFiber the speed slowed down or it goes off completely. @JioCare can you please help me with a permanent solution for this.
