    @JioCare @Pk16046 Jio is good technology but in certain place no network range. they are adamant not to do anything to improve and keep fooling customers.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I am just 200+KM away from Bangalore and your network doesn't work! Is this a joke? You say super 4G connection and we are being stupid paying for RED Plan. Here @reliancejio's 100Rs plan is working on 4G. Really bad @ViCustomerCare, looking for a solution.

    Had the worst experience with Jio fibre installation. The service was pathetic nd the router was not installed even after promised 48 hrs and 4 days after the agents took the money.Egregious attitude frm the service personnel of Tirupati jio fibre @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofibre

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very disappointed with the customer care and support team of jio. As per call from jio team, upgraded mu old jio fiber connection to new 5G fiber enabled connection however facing issue in wifi calling through mobile. Have raised this but no reply from jio
