@JioCare Last night at 8:30 pm, I got my prepaid Jio SIM ported to postpaid but my internet is not activated yet, no solution has been found from Jio office and jio helpline number.

@JioCare You cant do anything regarding network except making false promises. Everytime customer support is scrimpy. Inspite of living in area where all other network providing good service, I'm trapped with this poor jio network due to 1 year plan. #JioPlatforms @JioCare

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare From Yesterday onwards I am getting 5g in my Area.Thing is Data speeds are good and Upto 550 mpbs. When the time of calling it automatically gets into to Jio 4g.Then how you can be the standalone network in the case of this.
