If I am ever travelling from Delhi to Allahabad,Banaras etc . Then I should switch off my data throughout my journey because @JioCare @reliancejio hasn’t enough ntwk coverage that I can try to stream a single video or audio. Seriously,is this the covergae you have in your network

@JioCare Last night at 8:30 pm, I got my prepaid Jio SIM ported to postpaid but my internet is not activated yet, no solution has been found from Jio office and jio helpline number.

@JioCare You cant do anything regarding network except making false promises. Everytime customer support is scrimpy. Inspite of living in area where all other network providing good service, I'm trapped with this poor jio network due to 1 year plan. #JioPlatforms @JioCare

Worst service of Jio....Frequently call drop and 4 g network give speed like 2g....even Idea and airtel 2g have better connectivity.....Jio is focusing in increasing plan and decreasing service quality.....on what basis they r prep for 5g. 8273709020 @reliancejio

@reliancejio too much poor internet. Throughout the way from Howrah to Kathgodam via train, no one with Jio could access internet properly. It was literally frustrating, felt like, 2 days of quarantine from the whole world. But @airtelindia users were connected very well (1/2)
