The service guy said they are extremely understaffed herein Patiala and are only two people. Not to mention that he was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Abysmal service. He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you
