    @reliancejio The internet runs very uselessly and does not seem to be a problem when calling customer care, there is too much trouble, neither the call nor the internet runs. If this is the case then I will get my number ported. Mob.8770507986

    @reliancejio @JioCare Guys your so called 4g network doesn't even have a single even provide 1mbps in a taluka like Khanapur in Karnataka, where as Airtel is providing 10-15mbps. Working from home witb Jio is impossible, please improve your services here.

    @JioCare plz solve network issue in my village since most of persons are using your network but due to bad network they are not even able to place call to somebody. We had complained about it but no positive response from your team . So please provide us a network tower Thanku

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn one of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. "I hv changed my location to a different place where Jio don't hv srvc, raised a request to cancel my plan and returned the device but not contact from the off on refund for deposit"
