I paid a large amount of thousands of rupees yet the service has been very disappointing. The internet speed often drops below 50 kbps.

Truly pathetic service. To think that I am paying Rs 4,999 per month for JioAirFiber. Most disgusting experience. No one should take a 1 GBPS AirFiber connection for the support is truly pathetic.
