    @reliancejio The internet runs very uselessly and does not seem to be a problem when calling customer care, there is too much trouble, neither the call nor the internet runs. If this is the case then I will get my number ported. Mob.8770507986

    @JioCare Dear Jio, money deducted instantly for my JioFiber recharge, but after 3 calls to customer care, I got 3 different explanations. Taking payment was easy. Who’s actually going to recharge my account, or is this the premium experience?

    @JioCare Engineer called and only suggested restarting the device. When asked to visit and inspect the issue, he refused outright. I had also shared my alternate contact number, yet no proper support has been provided. SR No: SR000037RKB9 What kind of service is this?

    @JioCare Can’t you understand that it’s been delayed from Saturday and i don’t want to reschedule. I want it to get repaired or replaced today by 8pm Or else cancel the connection and refund the remaining adjustment amount. Worst service
