    @JioCare Jio fibre shows no internet connection and its been unstable for last two days. Tried connecting to helpline number but no one picked it up. If this continues then we have to use other service providers

    @reliancejio Hi Team Jio. I am facing internet issue with fiber connection. Tried to run diagnostic on app but it shows router is not on where on toll free number 18008969999 call is getting disconnected. I have tried 15 -20 times but no support. Please check.Fiber no 1203633753

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working since yesterday in Faridabad and all lines to customer care are busy. There is no response on email also.

    @reliancejio I made a mistake taking jio fiber connection. My internet is down since yesterday for which I tried to complain, my experience - Nobody picked up the call at 18008969999, tried 6 times -engineer who intially shared his no. didn't picked the call - No reply on email
