@JioCare I have applied for prepaid to postpaid connection, amount of 1178 has been debited twice but no update in jioapp.Customer care totally helpless, pathetic service please look into it else I will have to switch to other operator.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare the mobile data is not working at all very less speed and no response from customer care. Even voice call are getting disconnected and dropped in between and sometimes I am not being notified but people are saying u r not picking call.Look Asap.
