    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    Your jiocare app is bad? Set top box (08035503530) crashing repeatedly, tried reboot multiple times, set top box is unstable? Goes for restart in its own, no response with remote too, tried uninstalling unused apps as recommended, but no use @jiocares @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare, broadband has been down since 6 July. Today is 9 July. No engineer assigned, no repair. Three days without internet in Delhi. If this is how you treat long-term customers, I'll be cancelling my JioFiber connection.

    @JioCare The internet speed at my location is absolutely pathetic. I am paying for 4G/5G but getting unusable speeds that feel worse than 2G. Please fix the network infrastructure in [Khagrabari, Pin-781344, Baksa, Assam] immediately.
