  @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

  @JioCare My JioFiber data got over so I recharged again instead of buying an add-on thinking it wud start a new cycle..but you’re still asking me to buy an add-on for a plan expiring tomorrow... Tweeted twice already no help yet. Please fix this

  @JioCare jio fiber connection was not working since 2 days.Service request was raised but they were keep on changing the visit from 2 days.I think its time to leave the jio connection pls look into it ASAP

  @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber network is not working since morning and your team has not been able to repair it. It's been more than 7-8 hours and I am here without internet. There is no way to connect with anyone. The number available on app connects to ivr and then boom.
