    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    India's worst fibre net service is @JioCare @reliancegroup plz don't take connection specially in Chennai From past 10 days no engineer came for repair faulty line So I request don't go jio fibre net @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare I don't need ur service nw I'm fed-up with ur response From 1st July to 9th July I'm nt using ur service I hv reacharge on 30th June Wt use advance payment 10 days my money waste So plz i request u to refund my deposit n recharge amount N I'll go for another better fiber net

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @JioCare @MIB_India @GoI_MeitY Jio fiber world worst internet provider and worst service looting indian innocent people in the name of giving 5G internet speed..I am using this since one year but not a single day I received even 1mbps speed and I have taken 30 Mbps plan.
