@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare I think you should stop your service and throw your garbage network. U r providing 1g instead of 4g and @TRAI should take note off. 6000 ping is being received while playing game on your network which is no.1worst network. Do something or we do portability to Airtel.

@JioCare Sir jio data service is very poor in our area.internet browsing page And YouTube are not open. this problem is 2019 of to Now.Sir we should pade our data balance. But why reliance Jio data service is very poor & bad service.Our pin -756046

Jio fiber is always down for 2 days every week @JioCare . What is this a new tactic for making up ur losses ??? If there is a problem why don't u rectify it for good , in these times when we are wfh it's really not helping.

@JioCare I have raised a request though customer care a week back..had received today's date. When called they told work already done. Can't help anymore. Somehow got local person name. He told me relocation is not possible. Go for new connection. Forget money uf you need Internet.
