@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@reliancejio I had vouchers in my account but now it is not showing 555 & 444 rs voucher were there in account 7020134371 i called customer care but they are useless people only telling me redeemed voucher details not about the remaining ones also disconnected my call twice

@JioCare Hassan , I am not sure but have raised the issue formally with TRAI and will follow up with them aswell , the unethical way Sales staff is cheating people and to my surprise why was complained closed without resolving it ....
