There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Despite repeated complaints, no proper response or resolution has been provided. Internet connectivity is essential for my business operations, and this prolonged outage is causing serious inconvenience. Such poor customer service is not expected from Reliance Jio.
