    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply…. For now the issue has been resolved after calling customer care approx 6-7 times and explaining the criticality of the situation. Its working properly now. I will revert if problem occurs again as last time executive made the temporary arrangement.

    @JioCare Workers are not coming to work in eastern arc sumeru vihar badowala Dehradun since 7-8 days . Very slow work. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare Instead of addressing the main issue of fiber outage and your missed TAT and escalations you are addressing the least important thing. Is this Jiocare. Escalations or That's are of no importance I guess.. huh

    @Airtel_Presence the problem still continues....never liked airtel and you guys leave no stone unturned to make us guys hate airtel! guess it's time to switch in @reliancejio
