@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Worst service of Jio Fiber. The Internet is down from the past 4-5 hours. Raised service request, that's also on hold, because according to them engineers didn't get access to premises,which is not at all true. Please take care ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio @JioCare I called jio customer support, Sumitra ma'am was there, she was telling that child number attached with parent number would take 24 hours to activate, as per term and conditions. These has been informed while activating the number.
