There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.

Gursimranjit Singh (@gursimranjit) reported@JioCare since the night of 28th April, Jio Fiber connection at my home in Adyar, Chennai is not working. The app reports an outage that was supposed to be fixed on 29th morning, then 29th evening and now no fix date is showing up. Please fix it ASAP

Karan (@your_karann) reported.@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.
