@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare Hi from 10th Oct to 28th Oct I did not had Jio WiFi due to technical problem by Jio and I have been informed that all the days I have lost will be compensated, hence pls add another 18 days to my existing plan which is going to expire on 1st Dec 2021

@JioCare I had hope after seeing your response. But my installation not done today also (1 week over). I called your personnel many times since morning. Everytime they said engineer is coming in 30 mins, but none came. Shocked with disregard for customer after taking money. Please help.
