    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @reliancejio ,@JioCare I am a postpaid cust. of JIO. My bills are auto debited from my CC. Still JIO blocked my outgoing calls and data for 2 days stating non payment of bill. There was no solution avail at CC and jio store. Now I want to port out N u are not allowing that also.

    @excitel_rocks you should learn from @airtelbroad @JioCare who resolves wifi problem within 1 or 2 hours and you take 24 hours for local work. Please improve your service so that we can write good for you. #donnotharass

    @JioCare Spoke to customer service once again, they gave a number and confirmed the person will come today before 4pm. I kept calling him since 3:30pm and he wasn't even picking up. Now finally at 6pm when he did, he sounded surprised as he didn't even know. Says will come tomorrow.

    @JioCare horrible customer care experience on call. I having issue in network. everyday my number goes reachable. people do the whatsapp call to reach. kindly resolve the network problem. please improve on call customer care.
