    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Ported to JIO recently on 799 plan. but i am unable to add my family members. very pathetic service. Don't know why coupons not showing on my jio app to add family members. Talk to JIO care and visited to JIO store but no my problems not resolving.

    @JioCare Now we are not the villagers, we will not listen to you, we will not care how many times we have called and tweeted that there is a lot of problem with the tower but you do nothing. Now we will port and if after porting a call came from your side that do not do good

    @JioCare Hello. Your customer service is the worst.. baring my number after clearing the bills baring my number .. the bills were not cleared due to signal issue which was informed earlier
