    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Ported my number to JIO. It's not getting tele verified, neither getting SMS on alternate number nor my Primary number is getting validated by your IVR. Kindly fix this ASAP!! @reliancejio

    @JioCare My mobile data is getting used up automatically with no apps running. Try to fix it asap. You are getting worse day by day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio without using internet I have received sms message at 6.48 Am that my todays 2july21 internet usage quota of 1.5 Gb is exhausted....this has never happened before & it is the first time it is happening for 8369966331...Please restore my todays internet quota

    @JioCare Vey weak data network in kumar Park Gokul road area.can this be checked on priority. I am having customer calls everyday ,butt signal strength is really bad.i am using mobile data hotspot as there is no Jio fiber connection in our area.

    @JioCare It has been more than 2 years that Jio's tower has been installed in my village. But its quality is known only after leaving 500 meters away. On complaining, it is said that we have noticed that there is a network problem in your area. It will be rectified soon.
