    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Hi Nausheen, I haven't received any sms.. no engineer showed up to fix the issue. I kindly request you to please look into this, as it's been more than 2 weeks the problem is not resolved.

    @JioCare Jio staff is so careless & have such a fraudulent behavior. Such unprofessional & untrained staff...really a headache to talk & get the refund.Never recommending & for sure never using it.Really very disappointing & poor coordination among staff & with customer. No refund still😤
