    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Hello, I have a complaint to make about your team in Mangalore. I had a jio trial pack which was cancelled before the trial end date. So now, I need to get my refund after my device is picked up.

    @JioCare when will i get resolution? In a year or more thn it? You keep providing service request number, but no resolution, no one visits home, no one calls. Then tickets are being closed automatically?? If u dont have capacity then just stop this nonsense service.

    @airtelindia should probably be focusing on improving thr 4G rather than implementing 5G.. My 4G stops working the moment i step into metro but @reliancejio has a very good reach… Will soon be porting my number if this problem persist…
