    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is that a customer can't send a single message from a prepaid number if he done a smart recharge of Rs-49,If you're changing your policy like this then it will be better to change to Jio thn @JioCare do you have any policy like this.

    @JioCare The issue of slow internet speed will start from morning exactly 8 clock to till night 11 p.m.We are fed up by giving the complaint on Twitter but u r fail to resolve the issue.When starting jio services the speed is very good now it becomes poor internet.

    @JioCare I m complaining at customer care from last 7 months . in my home location interent not working..in 200 meters area..I have also visit in ur office..they r only excusing that our tower is not working properly..so plzz tell me who will repair the tower..me or ur company?
