@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@reliancejio kindly update your system and knowledge as you are showing MI 10i as non 5G phone. Pathetic..don't always promote and force customer to buy another device from your tieup site and force to switch to other network provider.

@reliancejio @jiocare Dear Sir, my wifi connection is bad since last 5 days, I am repeatedly complaining but it is not being solved , sometimes the complaint is being closed by making some excuse, on calling again, your advisor is asking me to withdraw the connection of WiFi.

How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio we are struggling since 2016. As we are still not connected to Jio Network. Our Long Pending Demand is to be facilitated with Jio Tower so we can connect to the whole world. We have near about 2000 Jio connections around. We are well deserved to be provided.
