@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare @reliancejio Firstly my JioFiber device was not picked up,When i complaint many times then it was picked up finally on 22 August but still i have not got Refund amount Now company is saying they cant Refund giving excuses. Pickup was delay from company's side. (1/2)

@JioCare It got activated only after 18.20 hrs. Matter got resolved only after escalation. You could have done it 15 days ago. Extremely bad service.

@airtelindia @JioCare Thanks to #reliancejio finally i will recharge by jio instead of #AirtelIndia..since last more than 20days airtel net is not working and i have complaint 2times but till time not fix by @Airtel_Presence dont buy airtel they are not listening customer.
