    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare I am w-o connection for the past 12 days, no action taken, people come and go. Provision available in my building to relocate - but APP not showing. Asking me to take new connection, old is valid till Feb 2022. Disgusting and nobody has taken any action. Poorest service

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice fiber connection was never installed, ticket NO0000IZROPO. Please could you help me get the refund. the engineer has stopped responding to me. My experience with installation/ un-installation has been disappointing so far.

    @JioCare such a fruad company to loot customer showing benefit on screen but on payment didnot do anything but when I raise concern then his care executive told to we can't do anything.please donot trust on this. Company.

    My @reliancejio number is getting out of network coverage area, even in places where all other connections are working properly. Furthermore, My phone is connected to WiFi and WiFi calling is enabled on my device. @JioCare, what can be done about this?

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio Post :2 Relocations issue:everytime customer care given the different time slot and date. also In last 2 days already I give the warring for that.also now no solution for that.

    @JioCare hello sir, I have been trying to get jio Fibre connection at pin 795008 but could not get one due to unavailability of service. Weird part is my neighbor next door has connection. When inquired with your engineer to extend the connection he said cannot be done.
