@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

What a amazing service in my town lalganj (229206), if there i electricity cut out .. customer unable to surf internet , Coz towers are dependent on electricity, why there is no another source .if we had emergency what should we do & its a daily routine @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Am surprised that you do not have quality control mechanism for your services . I am talking about phone in and out service very basic .My address can be traced by your data base . And once it is mobile it has no fixed address.

@JioCare My jiofiber landline no: 02235664637. I am getting frequent internet disconnection issue. Every time customer support saying "temporary outrage in your area". But in 1 month m getting this issue more than 5 times.
