@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Now agent is not responding calls. The jiostore is saying to visit store physically to get KYC again for changing prepaid to postpaid. What is this service @JioCare A senior citizen has to go through all this. If you guys don't want postpaid customers then stop postpaid plans.

@JioCare Would appreciate if this time it is a definitive reply. I am once again told by the sales guy, that the second order is also canceled. Neither mail works, nor customer care, even appellate authority does not care of te mail being sent !
