There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.

Request for disconnect with refunded amount on prorata basis.

The scheduled date for the engineer’s visit was 7-4-26, but no one has come.
