    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare This is regarding the jio fiber order no. NO0000JWQERX. I paid the entire 6 months amount in advance and booked the connection but the technical team which came to install the device said there is som tech issue from Jio's end.

    @DoT_India I have been following up with @Jiocare & @JioAppellate.mp from last couple of days. All they are doing is creating a ticket and closing it without any resolution. JIO tower is not operational from last 2 week which is causing this issue and they are ignoring this fact compeltely.
