@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

My Jio fiber connection is not working. Inspite of several complaints the customer care deny to look into it and keep rejecting my service request. I've been even told to change my internet connection by the Jio service people. Requesting your help @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

And @JioCare, you did it again. Closed my request, without informing me and resolving my issue. My connection is still active and you will keep billing it. I've raised 4 request in last month. Each time request has been closed without resolution. Should I file a case now?

@reliancejio Haven't seen more ****** services than Jio. Asked for relocation for 4 MONTHS ago and they still say tomorrow it will be done and cancel the request automatically
