Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Vishal chhabra (@Vishalc82119756) reportedSerious escalation regarding unresolved JioFiber service issue and unacceptable conduct by field staff. @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been completely non-functional for the last 10–15 days despite my bill being fully paid. I have raised multiple complaints through MyJio/JioCare. An engineer visited earlier but left without resolving the issue and the complaint was put on hold. I was later told by Jio Customer Care that the engineer had entered a comment stating that I did not provide an OTP. However, no OTP was ever requested from me. When I raised this with Customer Care, I was told that the engineer's comment was incorrect and that action would be taken. A fresh service request was then raised. The same engineer visited again, carrying a replacement box/modem. He said he needed approval from his senior before replacing the equipment. During the call with his senior, I was told that the complaint should be closed even though my internet was still not working. When I requested to speak directly with the senior, he refused to speak with me. The situation became even more concerning when the local head allegedly instructed the engineer to tell me to disconnect my Jio connection and take another company's connection because they could not resolve my issue. This is extremely disappointing treatment of a paying customer. My current Jio service request/reference ID is: SR00003E8DHB The request was raised on 16 August and remains unresolved as of 19 August. I request @reliancejio to urgently investigate: • The incorrect OTP-related comment entered against my complaint. • Why the replacement modem/equipment was not replaced despite the engineer bringing one. • Why I was asked to close an unresolved complaint. • The conduct and instructions given by the concerned engineer and his seniors/local head. • Immediate restoration of my JioFiber service. Please do not close the service request until the actual connectivity issue is resolved. I request a proper written response and resolution from Jio's senior support team.

Ravi G (@ravigadani) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Following up on the same Service request no. SR00002NIBD4 It has been further 24 hours. Total 48 hours (2days) still the status is the same. No engineer visit. No resolution. Nobody picks up the phone from registered mobile number. As I posted on X yesterday, I got a call from Jio Social Media team about 05.30pm yesterday (19th August 2026), assuring me of the highest priority in resolving my issue. Alas, nothing happened. It is approx. 08.00am (48 hours after raising the service request, 2 full days) and no resolution and no communication from Jio in any manner on any platform. I call again today with mobile number that is not registered with my JioFibre connection, so as to talk to a human, and I do get to talk. Only to get another phony assurance that the request will be escalated. The customer rep who I talked with today, was kind enough and did try to connect me with her higher authority, but it was to no avail. She tried twice, but the ‘senior’ did not connect. I think they now know that this is the second number from which the same person is calling. Dear jio, can I expect any resolution or at least a word about what is really happening?
