Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio @JioCare I was Airtel Postpaid customer since 2011. Recently port out in Jio Postpaid, but experienced very very bad and lack of support. Hardly 2 Customer Care Executives gave me right solution but still problem not solved. #JioPostpaid Upgrade your support system

@reliancejio @JioCare is having the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. 3 months of spam calls before recharge and after recharging, the internet never ever worked. More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

@reliancejio @MukeshAmba your service is very poor in Jamshedpur rural areas just 2G was much better than your so called 4G so it is better for you to improve your network for surfing or downloading other we have other option of Airtel also
