Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

Customer Care team over Call is Saying 1 thing. Customer Care over email is saying different thing. Why so dual informatiom is provided to customer. Why fooling the customer. @JioCare I have the call recording too for the same.
