@reliancejio @JioCare is having the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. 3 months of spam calls before recharge and after recharging, the internet never ever worked. More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

Worst experience with Jio Fiber and the service requests! They spammed for recharges and when I recharged, the internet was not able to connect. I raised 3 service requests which got auto closed but nobody showed up! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare Jio My Jio Number 9414780768 is being though eSim in iPhone XS and Apple Watch series 4 cellular. Recently I have replaced my older faulty Watch but I’m unable to setup mobile data on new Apple Watch. Customer care and Jio store are unable to resolve the issue.
