    @JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

    @JioCare would like to know how to get the fiber installed in the society . I stay in a largely populated society and can share the address or details . There are many people following up individually from here and would like to get Jio fiber installed for themselves. Plz help!

    @reliancejio in my area @airtelindia 2g works better then your 4g how ever 3g/4g also sucks both of them don’t really care who ever planing to move another network

    @JioCare seriously thinking to port my 9373565671 no due to poor network in my area. when complained to customer care they told me more no of people are using network so speed is low where as less no of people are using other network so their speed is high. my alt no is9370013700

    @TRAI my Jio broadband not working since 8th Sept afternoon. Made complaint with Jio in DM several times but of no use. Sent mail to appellate officer too no response. Help me get back entire cost pls. Didn’t know @JioCare is that useless. Being regulator hope u help @TRAI

    @JioCare jio customer care people are hiding their failure behind poor corona. when asked why the network problem was not resolved they give excuse of Corona, when asked about poor network speeds they give reason of corona, and say more people are using their network. so better shift .

    @reliancejio it's a humble request from Nandgaon.. please establish your broadband connection to nandgaon. District (mathura) Many od the students are facing data shortage problem.. this is very disappointed. there is broadband connection nearby 7km away Please take action asap.
