More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

Poor coordination, repeated requests for the same information, missed commitments, and still no actual fix. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
