worst internet Ever. Waiting for my validity to end so that i can port my sim card elsewhere. NO ONE CARES at all. Struggling to get 0.79mbps Speed. Thats 4g Now They Are Launched 5g Horrible. P.S. - There is no option at customer care number to call to agent. @JioCare #Jio #5G

@reliancejio @JioCare advisor just hung up the call without giving me any resolution, i thought it was may be due to some technical issue, but i got surprise when i tried again several times, some one picked the call and disconnected it without saying anything.

@JioCare 4 days now. Still no solution for basic issue. I have taken annual plan of 999. It was around 11988 plus gst, Paid that. It is clearly mentioned you would give 15 OTT including Amazon prime. I have not got that. Pls check.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I am highly dissatisfied with the service JIO has offered me, I raised request on 29th August 22 SR00001DILG9 for relocation it was supposed to be fixed by 05 September 22 by 1500HRS but it didn't happen. It's been 11 days since I've been without internet.
