    Hii @JioCare @reliancejio team, There is an issue from last one month i'm facing issue with my number, 9/10 times my incoming calls are automatically disconnected before recieving the call, after connecting to customer care they are telling like a trained robot.

    @aliranalvi @JioCare Yes very true. I live in Pristine prolife 3 and Jio network is very very poor at my home. Not even able to talk normally. Lots of call drop.

    @AppleSupport whts d matter with two sim on iphones. We get one call other stopped working very poor experience ok iphone. Use less @JioCare work on towers

    @JioCare @reliancejio from 3 years you are only rolling out the service. What a speed?? To come at another side of road you are taking 3 years and still it is not available. Good service, if it is the speed of your service allocation then no one is going to take your fiber service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic network in my area. Forget internet even calls don't connect and call gets dropped automatically and if somehow it connects then there's no clear audio. Hello @TRAI I've been reporting issues for almost 2 years for same area. No results. Pls help.

    @JioCare Tried multiple times to get an esim with your process Its the worst tedious process as compared to other providers making us type cumbersome messages with IMEI and EID numbers Format is confusing Auto replies are erroneous

    @JioCare No you don’t understand the concern, you don’t want to customer stay with you. If you understand the concern then it will not took this much time to activate the True 5G on my number. Its been now 1 month True 5G is launched in Pune but still you are note able to provide it.

    @JioCare Paid for a new SIM 72 hours ago. Order ID: NO00015H5V0N Complaint raised both by mail and telephone. Delivery executive is not responding to multiple calls. No response till now. No delivery, no help from Jio Care. Solve this immediately or refund my money.

    @JioCare I've raised this complaint countless times—through Jio offices, online support, and even by calling from another operator's SIM. Every time, I'm told, "Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours, 100% guaranteed." But nothing ever changes.

    @JioCare Every time I contact customer care for an update, they initiate the cancellation process instead of resolving the issue. I never requested cancellation. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately and complete my installation at the earliest.

    @JioCare The engineer didn't visit on scheduled date and time. This is serious. The appointment had been scheduled twice, but no one visited from Jio's Team. And do share the concerned official's contact details. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY, the issue persists since last 4 days.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio your engineer came for inspection and said he can't rectify this problem. He said everyone in system knows about this problem which is going on since more than 5days. But no one is taking action. You guys are pathetic.
