@JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

@JioCare jio network in my area very poor. getting download speed of .75 to 1.25 mbps indoor and outdoor some times goes to 2mbps but in late night and early morning goes to 8 to 10 mbps but it's of no use that time. where as vodafone and airtel are getting 20 to 25 mbps indoor

@JioCare jio customer care people are hiding their failure behind poor corona. when asked why the network problem was not resolved they give excuse of Corona, when asked about poor network speeds they give reason of corona, and say more people are using their network. so better shift .

When WFH has become a way of life, it's disappointing that @reliancejio hasn't been taking any action despite multiple complaints. At least 8 technicians have visited our house & we're told of some issue with the building ID. It's been almost 2 months.
