    @JioCare Dear @JioCare it's not me only facing issue.. all Jio numbers are in trouble.. hence my set configuration not required. Just send your team for checking issue.. We have given you three to four months.. All are facing this issue, pl take it seriously...

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic network in my area. Forget internet even calls don't connect and call gets dropped automatically and if somehow it connects then there's no clear audio. Hello @TRAI I've been reporting issues for almost 2 years for same area. No results. Pls help.

    I have another jio prepaid number which is having internet service working fine. What's the reason that only certain number are not able to access internet and fase excuses of government guidelines are being shared to the customer. @AshwiniVaishnaw @JioCare @reliancejio

    You can spend billions on making a good infra and all but it all boils down to zero if u don't gve a hoot to customer issues and rely too much on AI.. @JioCare is a great example of such a company... As long as it's working u hve a great experience but fos forbid u hve a issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio I stay in Keshav Nagar Mundhwa which is very close to EON Kharadi, Magarpatta City, having the max No of IT companies and MNC banks but unfortunately there is no JIO network in this area be it at ofc or home.what do you suggest?

    @reliancejio @JioCare is having the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. 3 months of spam calls before recharge and after recharging, the internet never ever worked. More than 30 days with 12+ service requests and nobody showed up :(

    @JioCare No you don’t understand the concern, you don’t want to customer stay with you. If you understand the concern then it will not took this much time to activate the True 5G on my number. Its been now 1 month True 5G is launched in Pune but still you are note able to provide it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioTrue5G #Jio #jio5g My Handset is SAMSUNG GALAXY F23 5G and in myjio app its showing Device as Galaxy SII PLS resolve this. Done all basic trouble shooting.

    Cold calls is a problem that has to be dealt with without hampering marketing! It's irritating to get cold calls when u don't want them! Networks or phone should have an option to turn them On & Off! Few apps have this! But how hard can it be to make it easy? @reliancejio

    @RA42069 @Apple @reliancejio Interesting. But I doubt it’s just Jio. As my other phone had network but this one didn’t as soon as I restarted after the iOS upgrade. On the other hand, my other phone could just had a phantom handshake with the carrier and no true connectivity.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad network.. I recharged my plan after 2-3 years thinking the service was upgraded but totally disappointed.. once again you fail to satisfy your customers.... lol service 😠 Oh god what a bad idea I got and I recharged.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago a customer executive, and they are literally telling me the same thing that they are rescheduling the engineer visit. They are transferring the call again and again for the last 5 days, and nothing is happening. My billing date is 11th June, and again I will get charged more.(5)

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio What the heck is going on with your mobile networks? There is NO WORKING NETWORK in my area since yesterday. The mobile shows full coverage but forget about data even voice calls are badly impacted. I have come 2km away just to post this! #JioNetworkDown

    @JioCare @JioCare Still not resolved yet. It's been days since my Jio AirFiber service was suspended and the reactivation request is pending since June 4. Your earlier update mentioned June 13, but the service is still down with no progress. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Internet down since 6 June. LOS red light blinking. SR000037UHPJ. 10+ calls to customer care, still no resolution. New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.
