    @JioCare Hello Vaishali, i have been speaking with Jio executives for last 1 year, asking them to install jio fiber in my area, but they always say that it'll take time. Switching to Jio fiber for internet was my first choice, but there is no service!

    @aliranalvi @JioCare Yes very true. I live in Pristine prolife 3 and Jio network is very very poor at my home. Not even able to talk normally. Lots of call drop.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is an issue in our area (encountering since last 1 week) All jio sim holder facing the issue of very Bad network , Not even one call can be made or picked up. Kindly take required steps on immediate bases. Thanks (Will DM you the area details)

    @JioCare @reliancejio why my iOS 16.2 device with esim not getting Jio True5G welcome offer?? At the same location my another number in android device is getting Jio True5G signal and Welcome Offer too. Please look into this.

    @JioCare Thanks @jiocare for your response, this issue is permanent. Address is near diamond apartment opposite new zaika restaurant Kalwad dhanori road pune 411032, we are continusly experiencing network outage problem in this area and due to this even calls are dropping.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad network.. I recharged my plan after 2-3 years thinking the service was upgraded but totally disappointed.. once again you fail to satisfy your customers.... lol service 😠 Oh god what a bad idea I got and I recharged.

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. At the time of installation and purchase, it was never clearly informed that 4K content is excluded from the STB bundle subscription. I specifically chose Jio Air Fiber expecting full 4K support, especially when the device is advertised as 4K capable.
