    @JioCare I'm having network issues. At times, the call don't connect. I've to put airplane on & off in order to do calls. Please check to it! Also, when the call gets connected & the opp person picks up the call, in a fraction of seconds the call gets blank! I've to cut & recall.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please improvise network coverage by installing some network extenders inside Globale Textile Market, Nr Smimer Hospital, Ring Road, Surat - 395002 Problem: Poor Network Signal and No voice/data service at the location internally Contact: 9426158280

    Repeatedly, again and again have to convert my network to aeroplane mode before making call. This issue facing by me at every place, city where #jio network is available. Seriously dissatisfied with service. @reliancejio @JioCare

    No work in progress.. still i got the problem & internet was not working from month ago. What the hell is going with @reliancejio @JioCare All of your customer are hoping for the best network but now they are complaining & thinking abt to move in to another network

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad experience with jio network and also with customer service executive. More than 1 month has been passed but they do not reply me. My internet speed is too bad that even website ia not running.

    @VodafoneIN @JioCare Vodafone cheat customer name of unlimited local and STD ..when I call 1860 xxx xxx this kind of service number Vodafone charge me from main balance very bad and fake... when I call from my brothers Jio number its freeee@TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare I never get connected the first time you put it on! Even the Ethernet connection has to be disconnected and connected several times to get it connected! Very frustrating!

    @Airtel_Presence I think time has come (after 3 years) to check on your services. @JioCare is not able to fix my internet issue in 48 hours. That's just too costly for me to not have internet. How do I get back @Airtel_Presence ? Sad that starlink did not come throught yet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic customer service. My broadband isn't working from past 3 days and everytime I contact customer care i get generic response that it will be fixed in 4 hours but nothing happens. So much frustrated with this. May switch to @reliancejio

    While asking about the bill extension, @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice is not ready for it. I'm so frustrated with their services.. just think ur bill cycle is 21 to 21 and ur getting the service by 15th of the month... And that is also not sure... They are pathetic
