And when the time of refund you people not doing . More than month gone , no refund done from yours side. What about the policy of 15 days .

They are not interested to share the reason. Is this is the poor working. If anyone wants to know why they are don't share the reason with the customer.

If my issue is not resolved by today EOD then only option for me to change the service provider.
