    @beebomco I can use anyone but using 2 if they are agree to give the 4G speed not 2G speed at Fake 4G network neither jio nor airtel are providing the 2G speed Ohh sorry it's says @reliancejio 4G VOLTE and @airtelindia 4G VOLTE it's really funny 2G at 4G That's why India's at 142 position

    @JioCare @reliancejio I called customer care and asked who give the confirmation to close the connection. They are not interested to share the reason. Is this is the poor working. If anyone wants to know why they are don't share the reason with the customer.

    Never listens anyone problem always trying to pin the problem to something else @reliancejio @JioCare I slogged very hard to tell every person at jio but unable to because they never listen .Getting speed of 28kbps right now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio local team is very poor in service. They are not working properly for any customer. I called they said I am on leave , I will see after 2 days . Is this way of customer handling query. Kindly acknowledge on priority. I need proof who give the confirmation

    @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly refund the money . It is been more than 15 days gone . You said that in week your refund has been initiated But till now nothing done. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise close this service. I don't need as poor working and services

    @JioCare Is this is the way. Firstly u cancel without any confirmation. Your network speed is low . Nothing why should I use your network connection. This is the poor quality network u are providing to connection

    @reliancejio Going for 5G. But on 4G you are not even on 2G. India worst network. Very slow speed. Want to help the country help us .Solve the problem so we can also help the country .Right now everyone's want us go with online classes but we can't @DoT_India

    @reliancejio Waiting for reply .2 days . They don't want to help . @JioCare @reliancejio called again today but no response from customer care service.talked to area tower incharge .No response . 5kbps speed right now.@DoT_India unable to take online class

    @reliancejio All this fake @JioCare @reliancejio not even get the speed of 20kbps . And you can expect the jio fastest No way No one listen try to file a complaint a lot but not even a single bit progress in speed .Complaining about this since last 2 year .I'll port soon

    @reliancejio Try to get the resolution for the internet connectivity in our area but no response from any type of @reliancejio @JioCare customer care service.@reliancejio want me to beg like begger who have to pay for the service and also beg for the internet connectivity

    @JioCare Total irresponsible behaviour from jio to there customers. even the local team is not working good. Also as till now last 4 5 days they don't give me the details who requested to close the connection. poor people , poor connection , poor connectivity। @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is on of a sudden poor network of JIO in Kondapur area, Hyderabad. I am living here over 6-months and on of a sudden one rain last night and network is poor. Kindly check and confirm if how long will it take to have it better as it was before.

    48+ hours without internet and poor mobile network , yet the only response from Jio is a repeated template message. No ETA no compensation. This level of service failure is unacceptable Restore services immediately and issue compensation for the entire outage period. @JioCare

    @JioCare That's not my concern as a customer. I paid for a working service and suffered significant losses due to this outage. Who will compensate for my losses? Since the service failed and caused me losses, will Jio provide a full refund of the amount paid?

    Hi @JioCare Need urgent help. Paid ₹1200 for a Jio AirFiber relocation over 2 weeks ago but absolutely NO response or installation. No technician visited, no updates given. Taking money & ghosting customers is unacceptable! Please resolve this immediately. OrderID: LR00001DMBZV

    @JioCare Why are customers being taken for granted? @JioCare never seems to care about its customers. We are facing repeated disruptions due to an adamant and irresponsible technician who added an unauthorized extra connection in the Jio junction box.repeated complaints, no action so far
