    @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

    @JioCare Your customer care team is asking for to pay extra money for adjustment over due than will proceed refund for the jio fiber service plan

    @JioCare @reliancejio No concern on the customer service. Customer is fool for you , you don't wait for day to stop the services. And when the time of refund you people not doing . More than month gone , no refund done from yours side. What about the policy of 15 days .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly refund the money . It is been more than 15 days gone . You said that in week your refund has been initiated But till now nothing done. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise close this service. I don't need as poor working and services

    Services on JioFiber Service ID 300365564883 have been temporarily deactivated as per your request. Your device pickup appointment will be scheduled within 48 hr. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup More than 3 days gone . No work nothing on deactivation request.

    @JioCare Total irresponsible behaviour from jio to there customers. even the local team is not working good. Also as till now last 4 5 days they don't give me the details who requested to close the connection. poor people , poor connection , poor connectivity। @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @JioCare Is this is the way. Firstly u cancel without any confirmation. Your network speed is low . Nothing why should I use your network connection. This is the poor quality network u are providing to connection

    @JioCare @reliancejio local team is very poor in service. They are not working properly for any customer. I called they said I am on leave , I will see after 2 days . Is this way of customer handling query. Kindly acknowledge on priority. I need proof who give the confirmation

    @JioCare @reliancejio I called customer care and asked who give the confirmation to close the connection. They are not interested to share the reason. Is this is the poor working. If anyone wants to know why they are don't share the reason with the customer.

    @beebomco I can use anyone but using 2 if they are agree to give the 4G speed not 2G speed at Fake 4G network neither jio nor airtel are providing the 2G speed Ohh sorry it's says @reliancejio 4G VOLTE and @airtelindia 4G VOLTE it's really funny 2G at 4G That's why India's at 142 position

    Ported from BSNL to Jio. Got a call asking OTP to verify before SIM delivery. No message said OTP is post-delivery. Then got fake "delivered" SMS. Raised complaint via customer care. Such unethical staff are ruining Jio’s image. Very disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet Even a new connection doesn't take more than 12 hours but you have taken almost more than 1.5 days to resolve an issue with existing connection.. Kudos to your team.. Looks like its time to shift to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare , your engineer has put SR00002GJ5M7 on hold as he could not fix it. Now I am neither able to reach your customer care team nor the engineer. my earlier service provider @ACTFibernet was better at least in customer service. You guys suck.
