@reliancejio. I am using jio fiber connection and I am fed up calling ur customer care on ping issue. Jio fiber even in 300mbps plan give very high ping 200.every time i contact customer care they tell me to mail u.Please change my jio server to another server. @RelianceJioCare

@JioCare Nobody is still looking into this!! No calls no reverts!! Pathetic customer service!! Advising everyone to go prepaid or port from jio. No premium customer service and no care!! It's embarrassing to pay such high amounts for third class service
