@JioCare 1/2 Such services is not at all acceptable. If we try to reach out customer care same problem it is not connecting and even no call from customer care to support us. We have no clue.

@reliancejio took up a JIO fiber connection. The sales incharge had advised that the installation will be under referral scheme. I would be eligible for 12 months free usage. Called him up, now says it's not possible and I can go ahead and terminate the connection...
