    @JioCare @reliancejio My Device was picked up on 18th May. And it's 16th August. It's been 3 months and i have still not gotten my refund. I've been constantly calling the customer care but all they do is provide me a date. The first date was 3rd June. And still not gotten.

    @JioCare Just stalling and is not coming to take the remaining details for the refund process to get started. And now he’s just not picking up the calls. I had given the device in a good condition and now who will be responsible if the device is broken or anything who will be responsible
