@BSNL_AS No it is not fixed ... Whoever reporting to u is fooling u ... If come on WebEx with me I can show u the issue ... Same test was conducted using @reliancejio in Ghy & result was way better ... JIO can provide 2 / 3 Mbps of download speed in Mobile network ...
