    I am really frustrated in past few days because of very low network strength and very slow internet speed. Worst @JioCare @reliancejio.

    @JioCare internet not working since the past 4 days. Everytime I call customer care, a new person picks up the call and gives assurance for resolution within 24 hours. SRs getting closed marking resolved without a solution, despite requesting escalation. This is last resort!

    @reliancejio @JioCare No proper response from the Jio team. I had done a mistake in filling the form but not able to get it corrected. There is no system to do correction online where the form is to be filled online. No customer care service. Very poor after-sales service.

    Worst network experience of my life @Airtel_Presence I thought it bad but it very bad network service I am having in my life I regret my decision to change from @JioCare to @Airtel_Presence and now I’m even can’t change or port my sim to other network till the 90 days.

    @JioCare Very poor network coverage in our area for last 10 days. Most of the time it shows "Emergency calls only".

    A new tower is installed in my area recently. Still the network connection is poor. Average signal strength is -119dBm 31 asu. Such a poor connection even after installing a tower. @reliancejio @JioCare
