    @JioCare @reliancejio Want to cancel my JioFiber booking, ur representative misinformed about the plans and I had no other option than taking higher plan. Now amount is already paid, for order NO0000K7QILA, I want to cancel the booking and want the refund or adjust to better plan

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has the poorest customer service in India. It has been 7 days since I’m facing issues with my broadband connection still no resolution is there. Finally requested fir a disconnection yesterday. Switching to @reliancejio asap. #switchtojio
