    Students of india are facing a lot of problems as they need extra data for online class but no help from telecom companies,all plans are very high, students cannot afford data packs.Government should take necessary action for this.@DrRPNishank @PMOIndia @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare I got reply from ur Customer care that services are good in my area and I am experiencing issues because many people are accessing it. How it can b good then? it is always like this 24*7*365 If u can’t resolve this, don’t give stupid excuses. Lemme know & I will change operator

    @JioCare in day time 8 AM to 10 PM.. jio net will working just like 2G its not 4G very slow and third class Net .. If u don't do something in one week. I switch to airtel my whole family number. Pin. 126116 Mob no. 8950423833

    Dear @JioCare - my jio fiber renewal date is 10-Feb but u have slowed it down from last 2 days. Now it is crawling very slowly. Please let me know if this is ur official policy to slow down internet connection so much that customer is forced to recharge many days before expiry.

    Dear @JioCare , Do you remind your customers to recharge even if they have recharged already! While making every call I had to listen the IVR and then the planned landline calls for the reminders. 24 hrs prior slow down the internet. Check the number 7982921831 and I need answer.

    @airtelbank worst and worst service, just to deactivate my FASTag they are taking 2 months time and now they called after posting here, please avoid @airtelindia Hope @reliancejio is better

    @JioCare In dm finally your team will say the same thing, your hanset and your family members' handset has problem where airtel 4G @airtelindia & BSNL 3G @BSNL_OR works well. I was excited for gigafibre but your service has movited me to deny the plan.

    @fullyfaltu2020 @JioCare I received 12 text messages to recharge before plan exipre. We have to know when to recharge and if we don't know then the plan is closed so we have to recharge. Also send message for no network issue solution. They only ask for detail and i gived detail 5 time.
