    @JioCare @reliancejio since long facing issue of cross connection complained and closed from your side stating foolish reason limited network coverage, across whole city network is limited, @TRAI it's breach of privacy where conversation of two can be heard by third person.

    @JioCare Tomorrow is Friday and on weekend office will be closed. I need it to be installed on today only. What is the problem with Installation? It seems you don't have knowledgeable engineers who can just install at first attempt. This is not a big task that you are taking so much time

    @JioCare @reliancejio Order Number NO0000IOVDBK This is to raise a complaint regarding one of your executives MR AFZAL ANSARI(8920224210). he came to book the connection & asked for money in cash. Since my brother was aware of the process,he hesitated & asked for payment link

    @JioCare problem getting sim replacement started , highly frustrating process of enterprise mobile care , the most stupidest idea of self care the bots don’t understand the problem. Stop the enterprise care Dept and transfer all to regular jii Dept

    @JioCare Haha....you proved it again that you act directionless. There was a complaint raised already since last 5 days and it was visible in tweet thread. Issue stays unaddressed still and you go on and raise a new service request. What a professionally useless team you are @reliancejio

    I tried calling appliate too who has given me a ticket with SLA of 39 days. So it means I have to wait for 39 days and until then my monthly plan of 999/- plus GST will expire. Never had such disappointing service from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yeah, I received Rs.500 against the refund, but the point here is, why did you guys said that it will take 14 days for refund to be reflected in my account. It's been a month now. My decision was so right to suspend the connection. Pathetic service tbh.
