What a great customer care does jio fiber has. Due to there fault we are suffering for more than 5 days and my board examination is also going on and they are extending the days to fix the problem.I am unable to do my last min exam preparation from vedantu due to them @JioCare

@JioCare How many times should I call JIO K'taka Appellate Authority to restore my number? Syed, Balu Mahendran (gives a direct num which doesnt work), Junaid (it will take 24 hrs & cuts call rudely), Deborah (is WFH and cannot connect to supervisor), Akshay (needs 4 hours)

@reliancejio Whenever anyone makes a call to my number it gets alert "The number u've dialled is out of network coverage area", and call disconnected after engaged sometime and receiving a message of alert missed call. facing issues incoming and outgoing indoor and outdoor.
