    @JioCare in day time 8 AM to 10 PM.. jio net will working just like 2G its not 4G very slow and third class Net .. If u don't do something in one week. I switch to airtel my whole family number. Pin. 126116 Mob no. 8950423833

    Students of india are facing a lot of problems as they need extra data for online class but no help from telecom companies,all plans are very high, students cannot afford data packs.Government should take necessary action for this.@DrRPNishank @PMOIndia @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare I got reply from ur Customer care that services are good in my area and I am experiencing issues because many people are accessing it. How it can b good then? it is always like this 24*7*365 If u can’t resolve this, don’t give stupid excuses. Lemme know & I will change operator

    Had put a port request on @reliancejio @JioCare The executive says to do recharge before getting the sim is mandatory. Called up to customer care from a different number and the cce was shouting like I am her servant. Should I really port with this attitude?

    @JioCare @reliancejio not allowing to send port message despite having unlimited recharge pack in place. @TRAI please have a look at such unethical practices of telecom operators limiting customer’s rights!

    @JioCare Jio sim is not working and you don't seem to care about it. Have even sent DM like you asked but no reply for the same. Why are you not caring for your customers. You may have a large customer base and I think you are allowed to lose some customers. Not fair #Jiodown

    @JioCare Trust me, You can't ! Find the reality below : Jio continues to lose active subscribers February witnessed 11.68 million mobile number portability (MNP) requests, a tad higher than the normal run rate of 8 million per month. March + April + May = Horrible

    @JioCare Again Complaint SR000014WXXK has closed without any facts and figure Very very much disappointed Worst Service by JIO No dues pending from my side. I am going for escalation 3rd. If not resolved the issue, i have no option to go to consumer court
