    @JioCare in day time 8 AM to 10 PM.. jio net will working just like 2G its not 4G very slow and third class Net .. If u don't do something in one week. I switch to airtel my whole family number. Pin. 126116 Mob no. 8950423833

    @JioCare I called and email your support team to get the refund of advanced deposit of my postpaid account. I was using jio earlier and moved out due to poor service. Atleast can you initiate refund to the original payment method. FYI I haven't received any SMS 2 + bank details

    @JioCare Call drops happening at most locations, pathetic network now. JIO seems to be going on the path of other operators. I was once proud of switching over to JIO. Now no more. Sadly no choice either 😢😢

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing jio network problem at my home since morning I have six number at my home all number are showing no signal. When I try to connect with Jio customer care they told me I have to visit customer care center for replace my sim but I want to know.
