    Had put a port request on @reliancejio @JioCare The executive says to do recharge before getting the sim is mandatory. Called up to customer care from a different number and the cce was shouting like I am her servant. Should I really port with this attitude?

    @JioCare I got reply from ur Customer care that services are good in my area and I am experiencing issues because many people are accessing it. How it can b good then? it is always like this 24*7*365 If u can’t resolve this, don’t give stupid excuses. Lemme know & I will change operator

    @JioCare My Jio auto-pay recharge is failing multiple times despite having enough balance in the account associated with the UPI. I have been using auto-pay for the last two years without any issues. Why is this happening? Please resolve this soon. My plan is expiring tomorrow.
