Had put a port request on @reliancejio @JioCare The executive says to do recharge before getting the sim is mandatory. Called up to customer care from a different number and the cce was shouting like I am her servant. Should I really port with this attitude?

@JioCare I got reply from ur Customer care that services are good in my area and I am experiencing issues because many people are accessing it. How it can b good then? it is always like this 24*7*365 If u can’t resolve this, don’t give stupid excuses. Lemme know & I will change operator

@JioCare all customer facing network issue must be compensated. All complaints if not resolved within 24 hours must be penalized in same manner the customer. If we don't pay the bill by due date we are charged late fees, similarly when Jio are not working they should reimburse

@reliancejio @JioCare the worst service providers ever... I tried to contact with them frm a year or so... And today when I finally gt the chance to talk to them... They r telling me... We can take complaint of one issue at a time... Means for evey issue I have to wait fr a year.

@JioCare It's 27 hours now and still I am awaiting for a resolution. My Work from home starts at 7 am and already your poor service has hampered my work since yesterday. This kind of services will make you lose more customers/ users. Awaiting a fast resolution today.

@JioCare All Customers should ask for compensation from Jio, for non usage. The plan is for 30 days in case of any network problem, we are unable to use the service. It gets resolved after 2-3 days,so we are using the service for 27 Days,Jio should refund as they have not provided service
