    @ViCustomerCare Kindly check my tweets that I have tweeted. You Vodafone itself is a biggest fraudster. Never regained the network after fighting for 1 year. Finally changed all my 4 family numbers to @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate which are the currently the best.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio just now I have contacted some of your customer care persons in the live chat they have played like anything and they have not required my problem simply there asking the same questions several times weather they have required or

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    @reliancejio first increase your network speed and coverage then you can increase recharge value ....indoor we r not getting network worst than 2G .wish to port but unfortunately done top-up for 1 year... please stop cheating

    @DoT_India I have replied you in DM. Please check. Looking forward for some resolution. @reliancejio @reliancejio Jio is cheating by not giving proper service for which I am paying.

    @JioCare the channels on my Jio Fiber keep buffering which is extremely irritating. Even after multiple calls to customer care the issue isn't resolved. It's better you take away the box and provide me a refund.

    @JioCare I am using the same vpn since lock down. But facing issue only last 2 months. Almost 30 staffs facing this issue in my office and working fine for most of them. As you said, if vpn is the issue no one can do wfh with jio.

    I am using Fibre networks of both @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate since 6+ months at two diff sites. I have to say that @BSNLCorporate internet is very poor interms of speed and disruptions. Even at this age, their laid back support and speed is a shame.

    Hi @JioCare My RELOCATION appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number CO0000U1LEKJ is pending from Feb 1 and your team is still unable to resolve the issue...And ur just rescheduling everyday but u r unable to resolve....U r not customer oriented team at all...

    Cold calls is a problem that has to be dealt with without hampering marketing! It's irritating to get cold calls when u don't want them! Networks or phone should have an option to turn them On & Off! Few apps have this! But how hard can it be to make it easy? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Don't blame vpn, I am using the same vpn since lock down. But facing issue only last 2 months. Almost 30 staffs facing this issue in my office and working fine for most of them. Even Airtel mobile hotspot is working fine with the same vpn provider.

    @JioCare It has been now 1 year, 3 months and 10 days (467 days) and I am still waiting for my refund of ₹2500 (Security deposit + Installation charges). Jio has been fooling the customers and providing the worst support one can ever have. @reliancejio
