Never regained the network after fighting for 1 year. Finally changed all my 4 family numbers to @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate which are the currently the best.

What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.
