    I’m a Postpaid customer and facing a lot of coverage issue in my area. When I call on customer care, they just hang up on me. What the hell is going on... If you cannot provide basic service then I would rather switch network. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My jio fiber wasn't installed and I was informed that there isn't any connection left in my area but since October the security amount of ₹1500 has not been refunded. There's no way I could talk to a customer care executive. Look into it. Order number NO0000FGV0YL
