@JioCare I am having so much network problem in my area. There are so many people in my area told me to solve these problem. So I tell them talk to customer care but due to some issue problem or something else. They were unable to talk. Please give some attention.

@JioCare you are wrost service providers.. I am enable to use 100 MB data from 1.5 GB. This is wrost service.. We are paying of 219 rs per month. But we can't use data.

@vatsgaurav15 @JioCare Be careful. They may do fake installation, by removing someone's existing connection and provide you internet access for a day. Billing starts immediately & nxt day there is no service. #WorstJioService then & they ask to cancel the connection. Stay Alert.

Hey @elonmusk please buy @reliancejio because the internet speed is very poor, for more than 2 years I'm complaining about this issue to Jio Customer Care Executive (@JioCare) but the problem remains the same I'm damn sure the speed will increase after your purchase 😌

@reliancejio @JioCare worst service providers. They show fake lucrative benifits, which they deny to provide once you activate the service. Would really want to switch to some other operator substituting Jio fibre.

@JioCare only 1 or 2 signals all the time in phone... I don't know what are they working on? Are they working on network issue or making any sattelite to go on another planet and ask for signals from them😒 👎

But installation guys will come & may remove someone exiting to give you internet for day and billing starts immediately. Den frm 2nd day no internet service & u have to fight #WorstJioService

Frustrated, you get back to work and out of nowhere, an engineer calls. So basically the engineer decides when he will come, not the customer. There is no way you can escalate your complaint and I end up tweeting every other month for resolution. @reliancejio 2/2
