    @JioCare I am having so much network problem in my area. There are so many people in my area told me to solve these problem. So I tell them talk to customer care but due to some issue problem or something else. They were unable to talk. Please give some attention.

    @JioCare you are wrost service providers.. I am enable to use 100 MB data from 1.5 GB. This is wrost service.. We are paying of 219 rs per month. But we can't use data.

    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 1 month on jio postpaid and jio prepaid no., when i call to customer care service they said all good in your area please restart your phone and use it but nothing solved anything worst network #Relia…

    @JioCare 3 days without Jio Fiber. Complaint raised on 1 June, multiple engineer slots missed, and today the assigned engineer said he doesn't even handle Jio Fiber. Customer care keeps blaming "weather" despite clear conditions.

    @JioCare Every time we are available at home waiting Engineer Visit but in the end of the day they not came and reply from your side is same as you replied here. May your team is unable to resolve the problem or not Interested to resolve or want me to change the service provider.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. Please provide the status of service request SR00002LIZM0. The assigned technician is not answering calls and the app has been showing the status as “On Hold” without any proper update.

    @JioCare Not a website or app issue. The whole internet speed in our area is absolutely pathetic. Even basic browsing, social media, video streaming, and downloads are painfully slow. We are paying for 5G packs but getting unusable speeds. How long will customers be expected to tolerate

    @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.

    @JioCare @JioMart_Support @JioMart Your moron pick up agent took my return but filed return of some other product.. I didn't receive any refund for the product that I've returned. Later the original product's return got cancelled. Shame on you and your support
