    @JioCare I am having so much network problem in my area. There are so many people in my area told me to solve these problem. So I tell them talk to customer care but due to some issue problem or something else. They were unable to talk. Please give some attention.

    @JioCare you are wrost service providers.. I am enable to use 100 MB data from 1.5 GB. This is wrost service.. We are paying of 219 rs per month. But we can't use data.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

    @JioCare Also I would like to tell you that I was informed by customer support that I need not pay any additional amount but you representative pawan kumar at jio office pin 262903 forcibly sold me new connection stating that old connection could not be relocated

    @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio Both airtel and jio chootiya network don't waste money on data plans like 1gb or one hour unlimited, data lot loading at all , wasting money this duopoly looting only

    @JioCare If service was not feasible then why are you asking me to initiate a request for new connection. You will take amount and will cancel the new request saying service is not feasible. And 12 months before Jio fibre was working at my home. Are you fooling me for your inefficiency.

    @JioCare It has been 1 month and I am still receiving the same copy-paste assurances.This month has gone in frustration, stress, and suffering. My fundamental right to live in a peaceful and healthy environment is being taken as joke. Stop ignoring this serious and health issue.

    @JioCare I already contacted customer care and they confirmed no relocation request was processed. I also mailed multiple times earlier. Your employee misled me in the name of relocation and gave a new connection. Kindly resolve this issue.
