    @JioCare I am having so much network problem in my area. There are so many people in my area told me to solve these problem. So I tell them talk to customer care but due to some issue problem or something else. They were unable to talk. Please give some attention.

    @JioCare All modes of raising complaint is designed so as not to allow any complaints in first place. Thru live chat or thru 198, only bots/IVR responds and doesn't even provides option for human agent at any point. Plz get a human to respond to this tweet. Happy looting Indians

    @JioCare You are showing your failure by saying that we are not able to handle so many users. Not many users are able to handle us at the same time. Then close it.Why come then we will give the cheapest and best network to fight in the market. You have failed in this field. You are zero.
