    @JioCare I am having so much network problem in my area. There are so many people in my area told me to solve these problem. So I tell them talk to customer care but due to some issue problem or something else. They were unable to talk. Please give some attention.

    @JioCare you are wrost service providers.. I am enable to use 100 MB data from 1.5 GB. This is wrost service.. We are paying of 219 rs per month. But we can't use data.

    @JioCare Your engineer need to do something for improving network speed at Unnao,Raebareli UP. Seriously, it is too slow nowadays and hard to WFH using WiFi and also with mobile network .it’s not my problem it’s whole area issue means same thing in all places in these 2district

    There is no solution for internet connection and shifting the router. I raised complaint 6-7 times but @JioCare you are taking customer granted . Worst service of @JioCare Executive writes the complaint and without any feedback from customer they close the ticket.

    @JioCare My #Jiofiber internet down since night & raised the complaint already. Still no response from the ground level team & no one visited in the scheduled time to fix the issue. If you can’t fix the issue on time, don’t make fake promises on estimates..
