@JioCare I am having so much network problem in my area. There are so many people in my area told me to solve these problem. So I tell them talk to customer care but due to some issue problem or something else. They were unable to talk. Please give some attention.

@JioCare Hi,I am not getting internet on jio fiber so I have raised service request on Friday. no engineer visited but simply closed the ticket without fixing the issue. Again called jio care and new ticket raised, but till now nobody came to fix issue. Thread

@JioCare since yesterday 8 pm jiofibre is down in our area. Pin code 400057. On contacting help no we get reply that restoration will happen in 2 hours. Poor service. No connectivity for 24 hours. India Pakistan match gone thru jio drain for us . Regret taking jiofibre.
