    @JioCare When you start sending messages 10 days before the recharge is over. And speaking, there is limited network connectivity in your area.

    @JioCare. We have total of 3 jio setup boxes(expired conn) and 1 live conn. Jio team called to collect the old set up boxes and pay back the deposit. It is more than 6 mths and no one came to pick up the old setup boxes. Is there a service centre in Hyderabad to return them?

    @JioCare - have jio-prepaid connection & on 10th Oct had recharged for annual plan paid by credit card, but upon checking found had recharged to wrong phone number- instead of actual number -pls help to cancel same immdly
