@JioCare, You guys are doing 5g testing and at the same time the 4g ntwrk is really really worst since last 4-5 months in my area. It ws my biggest mistake that I did an annual recharge which I m seriously regretting. It's not d case with net only but with call as well.Pathetic.

@JioCare Concern is not addressed, u just raised concern with no timeline for resolution. Concern was, u offer 14 paid OTT apps but out of those 14, ShemarooMe & Voot Select app dont offer paid content,only free content available on joi fiber 999 plan. How can u claim it's paid OTT app

@ViCustomerCare Hights of hypocrisy by providing new sims at home and guiding the customer to visit centres for a sim issue. This is what a reputed merger is all about? @ViCustomerCare Should I switch to @reliancejio ? Atleast allow me to get the port OTP if you cannot solve my issue

@RelianceJioCare ,@JioCare Services suspended for JioFiber Service ID 300363574108, This is very fraudulent on part of such a large organization that even after passing of more than 6 months the refund is still awaited, how anyone can believe on you for taking your services.
