@JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

@JioCare @reliancejio Unprofessional behaviour by Jio representative in Jio store. Vsited for sim replacement alnd the replacement was denied rudely by the representative. This is really bad.I think Jio don't want their customers anymore? I they are not paying their staff

I had experience with all major mobile networks. I realised and know that @JioCare nd @ViCustomerCare give replies instantly and resolve the customer's problem with in maximum 2 days. But the @Airtel_Presence only gives instant reply,but doesn't provide any resolvence to Cust.

@JioCare first hand experience of your phone support which was pathetic.Reached to your team to remove temp suspension from my Jio Fiber Account with Service ID - 300362242275 post I have recharged the account with Rs 699 plan (Transaction ID- TB00000GOVJB).Please resolve issue.
