@JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst after sales service by JIO FIBER. Raised a relocation appointment for 1.10.2021. Since then it's been 8 days daily it gets rescheduled without any information. New connections are easily available in the same area. Location - Mulund (w) Please Help?

@reliancejio absolutely pathetic service in resolving issues. Chasing for 10 days to activate one of my Jio number and inspite of calling innumerable times and visiting Jio gallery it seems no one know how to reactivate the services. Seems a mistake of moving entire family to Jio
