    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare disconnect req for 04713551192, call customer care they refuse to take req, raise request via email they ask us to use self care using app. How pathetic. Kindly disconnect and confirm at the earliest

    @aman1787 @JioCare @reliancejio Same happened to me last Wednesday... It's probably the issue in your entire area, but Jio doesn't keep the user informed about it... The user keeps thinking, it's a problem with their own connection and nobody is attending to it 🙄

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have requested for a connection of my jio fiber with connection order number NO000K4C9EJ on 19 January. However no action has been taken up till now. And now i got a mail that the connection request has been cancelled. Please address this issue ASAP.
