@reliancejio I have escalated the issue regarding the OTT recharge and have got email confirmation of ticket issues against my escalation yet no resolution. When u cant provide service y do u fool ppl by lucrative offers then.

hi @JioCare. my service id is 4479606973. My internet is not working for 3 days. when contacted through DM, all i get was automated messages. sms updates keeps on postponing expected service availability. when can i get the service back? I also want my recharge deadline extended.
