    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare Request to please read my issue there is no issue that payment not posted in the issue was I want to pay my postpaid bills As per my bill, the payable amount was ₹1,714.82, to my jio app I am click on pay bill and then asking a pin after UPI pin deduct ₹16,977.84

    @JioCare WTH is this, Seriously? Another “Green LED” reply? My router has been GREEN the whole time and internet works perfectly. My issue is JioJoin calling on JioFiber, not an outage. Stop sending copy-paste replies and actually check the problem. Very frustrating support experience.

    @JioCare You are a discontinue this that connection service your discontinue this that connection service I tend to 15 days I try to get my money back I told you I was having postpaid connection no need to pay advance it's pay by your app and you are not giving my money back

    .@JioCare i have a jio fiber connection that i want to cancel since we have moved and we have already bought another connection. Helpline number, chat, app and website are absolutely useless in letting customers cancel. #poorcustomerservice #jiocare

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio @JioCare - with repetitive messages and calls, there was no solution provided. Request you to initiate the refund and close the account. If not I will need to register a case on it. Please let me, otherwise I will need to take legal action

    @JioCare If I ask for a service, pay for it and you team forces me to purchase another out of their greed of adding a new connection, causing me loss and convinience, is it ok with Jio? Just tell me what was the reason my Jio pass was not used and Jio home was not just added to existing.
