    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    @JioCare You have interpretation problem or what??? I have already said you earlier that your technician came on 30th July 2026 only but after checking he said that airfiber connection is not possible there because of network issue as proper value is not coming

    @JioCare Okay, then please answer me this: Why didn’t your technician take my problem seriously? Why didn’t he even properly check the device? At that time, my service was still active, so why was no one concerned about the fact that the device was not working?

    @JioCare My jiofiber connection, +911813585647 is not working since 8 aug 9 am. I have made 20 calls. Raised 3 service requests. But none of technicians arrived. Do let me know what else to do for resuming the services .

    At this location, Airtel’s 5G network is working perfectly, but Jio’s 5G network is not working at all. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage here. @JioCare
