@JioCare team complaint # SR000016V3KL for unable to access internet / internet, the technician called today and said he does not have cable to fix the issue as cable is cut and said will close the complaint to get permission for new cable?? What logic is this ? Pls ASSIST

@reliancejio @RCBTweets I have reacharge with the jio pos lite, balance deducted and recharge not done and no one is resolving it. customer care said to visit jio store and they said to visit jio center and they said to cntct cust care. They are just passing their burden one to another person.@JioCare
