It’s been 3 days since we raised a complaint, yet told the issue will be fixed in 5 days. Does this mean customers must wait 5 days for repairs? New connections come in 1 day, but fault resolution takes 5?

Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!
