    @JioCare Thanks. Issue solved. However curious to know how to lodge complaint without calling. I know twitter remain an option. However is there a way in the app to lodge complaint about internet not working or any other issue?

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Broadband is the worst. Within the initial 2 months 5 to 6 times down due to technical issues and gets restored after 1 or 2 days. I shifted from Hathway to JIO and find this is worst. Not renewing. Good bye Jio

    Dear @JioCare I face a recurring problem on your network wherein if someone calls them, they say the call rings out, but my phone doesn't ring at all. And I get an SMS a while later saying I had a missed call from XYZ. This is happening daily. Please fix the issue.
