    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    Bad experience with Jio giga fibre installation. After payment, they send specific installation time slot. Suddenly, their representative call for installation and tell that that they don’t follow slots given by company. @reliancejio @JioCare 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation It’s been close to two months, you guys are not issuing my refund. I have paid the entire amount and neither I am able to use the internet nor you guys are issuing refund. Don’t stoop so low and cheat customer. I want my refund ASAP.

    @JioCare Only Jio Pos Plus is supported in Mobility Care and not “Jio Pos Lite”. And I have tried many times all over the place but I am not getting any help. 1988 Mobility Care clearly says that “Sir we do not support “jio pos lite” only jio pos plus.
