    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare jiocare @reliancejio my jio air fiber connection is not working last month for 3 days i multiple times complain in call centre after my tweet on x engineer came & resolved & call centre assured me that jio will deduct 3 days charges in next bill but they didn’t do this

    @JioCare @JioCare 4g network is also not working properly. What should I do ? If I talk about app and website.. youtube, instgram and any website on browser not working. It is happening last 4-5 days. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare System restrictions" won't fix a physically severed cable outside my house. The wire was cut into two during electricity work. Diagnostics and IVR bots cannot fix a physical break—only a field engineer with a splicing tool can. My work is completely blocked today.

    @JioCare Logged 3–4 complaints for getting only 15–20 Mbps on my 100 Mbps plan, yet zero action taken! Fix this connection within 24 hours OR issue a full refund immediately. I will not pay for service you fail to deliver. @JioCare @reliancejio

    It's ludicrous to note the amount of times our @JioCare internet keeps dropping or getting disconnected every month even after their supposed upgrade and repair. Such a poor service provider with the WORST customer service and want to charge a premium
