@JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

@reliancejio @JioCare I am a year old customer and amazon prime membership has expired and i need to pay for that now. However if I cancel this and if i take a new connection i get another 1 year free. This is apparently very funny why cant Jio extend the offer for another year ?

Hey @Airtel_Presence your 4g mobile internet is pathetic. Every time when my broadband is not working and I need to do some office work, I have to connect to my wife's @reliancejio mobile hotspot. The airtel one doesn't works at all.

@JioCare such a pathetic service of Jio Fibre. Net down for over 24h. When called customer care just says to wait till 10pm for technician visit,do your technicians work at 10pm?What bullshit. If you guys can't even send a technician why even bother to run an internet service?

@reliancejio @JioCare Kindly note that since last 15 days, communication over my existing jio number is not satisfactory (voice dropping) Hope,the earlier orientation of the antennas in nearest mobile phone tower is disturbed due unknown reason. Request for good service. Tks
