    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    @JioCare @jio_fiber i hv raised a complt. regard internet disruption nd low coverge frm the past 1 week complaint no SR00002KNRHO nd its been either closed by th engineer witout ny info or thy are not cming after i raised it again…and no engineer is assigned frm the past 3 days

    @JioCare The technician completed the installation and after 2–3 hours said there is no signal and removed the router, then left without resolving the issue. This is very unprofessional. Please explain why installation was done without checking signal availability first and provide a clea

    @JioCare Now I’m trying to follow up, but no one is even picking up my calls. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. How can a number be reassigned without proper consent, and then no proper resolution given? This is a serious concern about customer data security

    @JioCare Paid ₹1200 for AirFiber, old connection uninstalled on 20 Apr, still no installation after 7+ days. No calls, no support. Full proof available. Is this how @RelianceJio treats customers?

    After using JioFiber for more than 2 years, this experience is extremely disappointing. If this is not fixed immediately, I will proceed with disconnection. Expecting urgent escalation and a proper resolution from a senior technical team. #JioFiber #worst @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Has a worst service ever. Trying to get jio airfiber since last two months still haven't got the connection. Payment made 15 days back, can't connect to customer service, jio officials who done kyc also not picking up phones.
