    @JioCare jio data and calling services very poor, I use jio 9461744018 Sim card before 2 years but now the services of jio data network is very poor ,

    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare Internet speed is very slow in my village. Improve it as soon as possible.

    @JioCare How can you have such a disappointing service, I am relocating and my connection is down for 3 days, it was supposed to be setup yesterday but engineer never called, and now today engineer out of his own accord scheduled a slot of 8:30-10 pm without consulting me.

    @JioCare I've already shared didnt you guys see? Been out of internet since 3pm yesterday. And your customer care executives are rude. Also I believe jio needs to hire more supervisors as no one is available if one wants to escalate a complaint.

    How many days does it take to assign an engineer??? My net is down for 2 days!!! Yesterday I had to pay and buy more data on my phone!!! Heights of incompetency. @JioCare

    @JioCare After so much follow up I was assured of getting the resolution today. After four hrs when I checked my acccount to see if anyone is assgned or not. To the surprise it is shwoing appointmnet missed. I have not been contacted by anyone from JIO for the same. This is just a coverup

    @JioCare we are facing slowdown in our society Nirala Aspire GreaterNoida West . Complain has been done yesterday but no resolution. Work from home has disturbed badly. Please look into this ASAP

    @JioCare Could you please check as I already call to customer care for close my jio fiber connection but still they send me monthly bill for jio. Request you to close this connection and remove this bill which I do not use.
