The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

I no longer want to wait for Sim delivery..please cancel and refund my payment
