    @JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

    @JioCare Is there any human support left, or has everything been replaced by bots? I’ve tried the app, AI chatbot, WhatsApp, live chat, and customer care. Every channel sends me through the same endless loop: troubleshoot → feedback → WhatsApp → chatbot → troubleshoot again.

    @JioCare my internet is down for almost last 10 out of 15 days. Raised 3/4 service requests and everytime it crashes after a day. Rest all connections in my building are working fine. service request was marked resolved when no one visited or called. SR00003BVK4F

    @JioCare today is 3rd day my internet has not started on call your engineer is just giving one standard answer we are trying it will start .this is not done .how come such problem arises every month ,why can't u find out a permanent solution .Horrible service ..

    @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since evening. Multiple calls to customer care, yet no resolution or ETA. I work from home and can't do my job because of your poor service. This is unacceptable. Restore my connection immediately or escalate the issue.

    @JioCare Team is providing execuses in DM. They are saying that I need to work just close to wifi for better connection. Also saying to buy speed extender for better speed. I don't expect these cheap excuses from Jio. I need to terminate the connection and my money back. @TRAI

    Dear @reliancejio, I’m trying to relocate my JioFiber connection, but relocation option isn’t visible in the app. Customer care wrongly detects an internet issue and schedules a technician, though my connection works fine. Please help with relocation. #JioFiber #CustomerSupport
