    5g services just launched in India. And i am still getting 2g 3g speed on so called India's fastest 4g network @ViCustomerCare. Stop doing fake advertising and do some work on ground. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare The most ridiculous customer care I have ever seen. The IR pack is not yet activated and I am not able to use while I am in roaming.. and still customer has no clue how to do it. @reliancejio @JioCare

    But even then the network runs well in the morning, after that 2G leave 1G network comes, if you do not believe then take out my data information for 3 months then see how fast the jio network is. @JioCare Wrost network

    @JioCare With references to the ticket: SR00001E8KFN for network issue, two times your local team visited location and now saying there is some issue with network tower and specialist will visit for rectification of tower from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh). DM you as well but there is no revert

    It is not convenient to use jiofi for business and home because of range and data limits. I'm tried of sending mails and calling you plz help.Its a win win situation because there are no other operators even BSNL.I Hope this tweet will be beneficial for both of us. @JioCare
