    @reliancejio i was a very satisfied customer till 2 months back, Now i am very disappointed customer due to range issuse. Now using jio is same like another network. If i got luck i will get range please find a solution to this

    @TGadamphalli @JioCare Tausif, dont do that. I have used Jio and Airtel recently. Airtel nowadays never responds to tweets / emails if u complaint reg network issue etc.

    @reliancejio hi team, Can you please increase your signal strength. The phone signal is too weak, we can't receive the calls and messages also. If you call some on I have to come out or go to the terraces then the signal will show one or two poles. Do it ASAP.
