The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!

Due to this delay, I had to recharge separately for 4 family members, causing extra expense. Request resolution with compensation. No: 4223174962

I filed a complaint three days ago, but a service engineer has yet to visit.Due to this ongoing service disruption, I will not be paying the charges for this period.

I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.
