This has been happening since Saturday, when I raised the request. Is this how @JioCare and @reliancejio resolve customer issues?

Your team sent written emails claiming refund was processed - later contradicted by your own team. All I want is the SIM I paid ₹349 for. Is that too much to ask?

They gave the number of the engineer allocated for service who is not picking up calls. Totally pathetic service from Jio.
