    @JioCare team complaint # SR000016V3KL for unable to access internet / internet, the technician called today and said he does not have cable to fix the issue as cable is cut and said will close the complaint to get permission for new cable?? What logic is this ? Pls ASSIST

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Your service especially calling is terrible in Srusti Mansion,Jatni Road, Bhubaneswar where 90% residents have taken Jio.After, complaints, some guys named Rizwan,Dutta Babu & Manish Babu of your Customer Care promised to serve but nothing is done yet. Please, be of help to us.

    @JioCare Please spare a good executive to respond to queries who read the issue b4 replying unlike Nisha who is just wasting time. Send some tech guy at home to resolve the router issue as its a hardware issue.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets I have reacharge with the jio pos lite, balance deducted and recharge not done and no one is resolving it. customer care said to visit jio store and they said to visit jio center and they said to cntct cust care. They are just passing their burden one to another person.@JioCare
