@JioCare I ported to Jio 2 years ago my number is 9461744018 earlier network was good but now since last 2 months,I am facing a lot of problems in running data and making calls before 2 months. The customer support executive team not help me . Very bad experience with jio network 😭😥

@JioCare JioFiber us the worst ISP in India. My issue hasn't been resolved in 3 months. Can't speak to any senior personal. Customer care is pathetic. They won't connect to any superiors. No response in emails I am filing a consumer court case.

@reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI I have taken International roaming pack on my reliance jio pre-paid number. My base plan has been changed and I haven't got any service. Is this the way to fool customers. Kindly look into the issue so other customers are not fooled.

It's already 15 days passed and today someone from technical teams visit and said, we have to install box to give u fiber connection. @reliancejio @JioCare can you do any help to get this done quickly. I was not expecting this much of delay from India No. 1 Broadband company.
