@TashiGoyal @JioCare Telecom don't have strong team to resolve such issues...they will only give assurance and say that they upgrade the system and it will work fine... But at backend ... They do nothing...

@reliancejio @JioCare This is very bad experience since last 5 months. I have recharge my account with 209 rs. But it's not reflected. Earlier I had recharged with 149rs. That was also not reflected. Neither my call is getting connect to the customer care on 198.

@reliancejio @JioCare I applied for a connection on 7th Feb and have been tracking it ever since. They've delayed it one day at a time and today when they agreed to come, they've been avoiding my calls. The customer care is of no use. They have been rescheduling it since 3 days.
