@JioCare My Jio Extender has stopped working and I raised a complaint for the same and they asked to visit the service Centre. But when I visited the service centre, they say that either server is down or the repair person is on leave. Can you please exchange this device.

@JioCare how many times do i have to call your customer care before getting a service? Even if engineer come they blame it on network and leave. My service appointment gets scheduled on its own and the engineer has no clue he has to come and fix it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat I have applied for jio prepaid to postpaid connection and paid amount of 349 as advance payment but my request got failed then first i went to jio service center they said call to 198. I called to 198 customer care told me to go jio service center.
