@JioCare I am very unhappy with the service being provided and the way of treating your customers and behaviour of your local Engineers. Pathetic Service!!! Jio Fiber. I have raised a complaint with Jio customer care on 06.09.2022 about non working of the internet and setup Box.

@JioCare I do, but if I’m raising a issue and that is a Jio number you should respond to it. All are not aware of this. Take action and do the needful. Big companies should show some responsibility. End of the day it’s all about customers satisfaction.

@JioCare what a pathetic service jio! I have raised my request SR00001DO2US without resolving it is marked as resolved. Yesterday it was scheduled for today evening 7-8pm. Now again scheduled for tmrw. I am going to leave your service soon in this way.
