@JioCare @JioCare Follow up- The issue is not solved yet. Further after engineer's visit, things worsen and now speed is below 10Mbps. And i have missed an important international video call. Please fix the issue asap. The problem is going on for more than 10 days now.

@airtelindia Check ur DM for my no. to call that I requested a week ago. Sell ur bullshit to your shareholders. U guys never cared my service requests for past 1 year and store manager's misbehaviour & haven't even apologised. Switched from Postpaid to Prepaid and now MNP to @reliancejio

@JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.
