@reliancejio Hey jio! It's really a confusing task to connect to a customer care executive of yours. Tried dialling various phone numbers available on Jio's official Website. Tried whatsapp chat, jio live chat, etc but nothing helped me to connect with Real Executive of yours instead of Bots.
