Unfortunately big companies eventually stop caring for their customers. Saddened by the response from @reliancejio @JioCare Almost a month & I have been fed nothing but sweet sentences for an issue that requires not a lot of time be resolved.

@JioCare I am fadeup with the worst customer executive by @Airtel_Presence. I asked simply there executive "will you charge for improper service, to which she threaten to call again n again" Kindly mention my dues with dedn of improper service and my SD. Wish to end asso. with Airtel.
