    @TashiGoyal @JioCare Telecom don't have strong team to resolve such issues...they will only give assurance and say that they upgrade the system and it will work fine... But at backend ... They do nothing...

    @JioCare hey Jio, after my last DM I got a call from a very helpful agent who assured me a technician would visit my house between 5.23 pm and 6.23 pm to resolve the issue ! LOL ! No one has turned up. Are you guys operating in a different time zone

    @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber is not working since morning after raising multiple complaints no solution has been provided. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

    Dear @JioCare My village-Balda, Dist-Koraput been facing repeated network outages everyday. Today there was no network from morning until 5 PM. What's worse, this isn't just because of power cuts even when electricity is available still no network. @reliancejio @DoT_India

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio my JioFiber has had no internet connection for the past 2 weeks despite raising multiple complaints through customer care. The issue remains unresolved with no effective action. Is this the level of service customers should expect? Utterly disappointing

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DainikBhaskar A jio agent has done fraud with us by falsely charging 10000 in the name of service before installation of air fibre service claiming gift vouchers to redeem monthly . As per jio account it is not showing anywhere in the app.

    @JioCare despite me explicitly informing customer support that the issue was with my new connection address. The technician asked me to raise a fresh support request, which I did. The new Request ID is SR00003A0539.
