    @DoT_India As per @JioCare instructions, I returned the #JioFiber router and set top box to the concerned about 40 days back and completed all the requisite formalities for my refund. I was asked to wait for 14 days which have already passed but no refund granted. @TRAI Pl help.

    I booked a jio set top box connection & picked my suitable timing but now after talking to customer care i found that they rescheduled the timing without my knowledge, very poor service from @JioCare 😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare As expected @airtelindia service is slow .. they are not able to shift my connection....still they expect me to wait for 2-3 days and without surety....lets see how long @JioCare will take to onboard.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your service request number is SR00001BWAAB. You will receive an update by 2022-07-07T12:54:27. I request for service, instead of fixing the problem your technician told me to disconnect my connection and they are not going to give me any kind of service.
