    @TashiGoyal @JioCare Telecom don't have strong team to resolve such issues...they will only give assurance and say that they upgrade the system and it will work fine... But at backend ... They do nothing...

    Really disappointed with @JioCare service. KYC was completed on 25 May and payment was made, yet WiFi installation is still pending with no proper assistance or update. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve this urgently. Order ID: NO0001DOD9E6 #Jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare My complaint was raised on 29-Apr-2026 while the account was active. Why was it not resolved till 24-May-2026 despite repeated follow-ups? Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.

    @JioCare 3 months post cancellation of my relocation request , still money hasn’t been refunded . There are countless service requests being raised for a such a simple refund . This is such a poor service . The relocation feature is a scam !!

    It’s been 3 dats my Jio Wi-Fi is not working because according to them the PNG WORKERS have destroyed all wiring in v block DLF phase 3 Gurgaon . I recently upgraded my plan but cannot use it because it won’t work !!!! @reliancejio @JioCare
