@Netflixhelps Sadly @jiocare is behaving like an ignorant company. When a customer downgrades his plan in Netflix app, the same is not getting updated in Jio app even after 12 days. So they are billing the customer for a higher plan while we are getting the lower plan benefits. @netflix

@_gtechnologies @JioCare Anyone planning to get #jiofiber so please don’t do it because my friend had paid 1500 a month ago and still he hasn’t got the installation and neither the refund.
