    @reliancejio we are facing low network issue from longtime in my village, all my family member are using jio network and many time not able to connect any call, forget about internet, I never expect such poor performance from Jio. Village Jamsar, Latghat Azamgarh

    @JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

    @JioCare hi there is call drop issue in my area , call cuts out while talking, earlier i have complained about netspeed but till now it has not been solved, plz help out Thanks

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio What a great issue in internet facing by me in last 2 months, How it's work properly, I am complaining more than five times. Kindly insure the internet speed provide by you is 4g or 2g.

    Hello jio sir G. Hw r u. Sir plse install a jio tower in our area karimuddinpur ghosi 275304. there r near abt 5000 users of jio but all of them facing bad network problem even mostly less than 100kb ps @JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation @TeamJIOUPE

    @JioCare @reliancejio same problem for 4 months continuously and false assurances frm ur customer care and technical folks. Raised a ticket and no update & only change i see is the visit time update. 5pm to 5.15 pm to 8.45pm. No one is bothered to fix the issue.pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service. my jio fiber is not working due to wire cut daily i complaint but not getting any response. I suggest everyone don't connect jio fiber.. service is very bad. Jio fiber customers support healpless.@lucknow

    @JioCare worst service i regret why I didn't get airtel fiber.. it's almost one month my jio fiber is not working due to wire cut daily i complaint not getting any response. I suggest all my neighbour and and my area people don't connect jio fiber.. service is not good .

    @JioCare Useless, First he tried over the phonecall Jio agent was not ready to listen Then through the social media he tried with snapshots of evedence, but Jio is making fool even 0.1% Jio is not ready to help/support. What type of Company is Jio? , who don't care at all their customers
