    @reliancejio network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area are jio buddies Thanks a lot.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio What a great issue in internet facing by me in last 2 months, How it's work properly, I am complaining more than five times. Kindly insure the internet speed provide by you is 4g or 2g.

    @JioCare JioFiber complaint registered on 3 March. Today 6 March and still no engineer visit or issue resolution. Called customer care 4 times and only false assurances. 3 days of complete inaction. Very disappointing service. Complain Number : SR00002JOQGS. @JioCare

    @RADHIKA_INF Totally agree @JioCare I requested for relocation on 14th Feb and paid 1900 rs. It's 5th March neither relocation got completed nor cancellation. I am tried to connect everywhere customer care, email, app, and twitter. No positive response
