@JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area is jio users Thanks a lot.

Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

They will say that they will check and you are in low coverage area or many people are using internet etc. And they will say we are expanding our network coverage,So don't trust.Go on open signal app and see which company is giving good 4G in is area

@JioCare, You guys are doing 5g testing and at the same time the 4g ntwrk is really really worst since last 4-5 months in my area. It ws my biggest mistake that I did an annual recharge which I m seriously regretting. It's not d case with net only but with call as well.Pathetic.

@JioCare Concern is not addressed, u just raised concern with no timeline for resolution. Concern was, u offer 14 paid OTT apps but out of those 14, ShemarooMe & Voot Select app dont offer paid content,only free content available on joi fiber 999 plan. How can u claim it's paid OTT app
