    @JioCare network is totally down at pura deewan, mubarakpur, azamgarh 276404 Even google takes 2 min to open. This network problems is from Janauary 2019 Plz improve it as 98% user from this area is jio users Thanks a lot.

    Hey @JioCare @jiofiber what's going on. My fiber is down frm saturday raised a compaint for engineer visit it's been 3 days no information abt that. No response frm customer care and whatsapp chat. Whatsapp chat is showing some thing and today cannot even connect to an agent.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Are you resolving my issue or raised cancelation of my ticket? Do you have a system to update to the customer regarding request by SMS or WA or Call? Just like how u send recharge alerts. Do I need to follow up my own ticket instead of you doing it?

    Twice within a week @JioCare that your wifi services are disrupted and you give me a timeline of 72 hrs to fix it each time. That is just unacceptable why should I pay extra for mobile data when you can’t settle the issue properly. I want this fixed today or I’m out. #jiofiber
