    Hi @JioCare Since 1 month, I am facing poor connectivity issue with Jio Air Fibre. Customer care number just disconnects after saying your area is having temporary issues. No response on support email. What's going on ?

    @JioCare Our JioFiber has been malfunctioning for over a month. Each complaint results in being asked to change the Wi-Fi username/password, but the issue keeps recurring (5 times so far). Please arrange a permanent fix or I will have to switch to another provider.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio One rain and total connection is disturbed. Raised a ticket and made multiple follow-up calls for connectivity resolution, but no use, the team give only standard answers and asks to provide rating after the call. Very disappointing service team.

    @JioCare I have lodged a complaint for disruption in jio fibre connection at my home. Earliest available slot for technician visit on app is on 27th. When trying to talk to an agent the by calling on toll free no , I am getting an auto reply that service request is already booked

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber connection is not working since 10:00 AM on 24/02/2026. Service request is still on hold and issue not resolved. Kindly fix ASAP and provide compensation (extra validity/refund) for downtime. Registered No: 7123180468 #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare After 50+ DOT complaints, no real action. Issue: wrongful suspension + delay in crediting unused balance. Same template replies, no refund. This is unfair. Need resolution immediately. #Jio

    @JioCare why cant you consider complaints from customers. There is worst service of air fiber at bhuvanagiri telangana 508116. Executives wont respond calls. Customer care won’t respond. Whats the use of providing when you cant service.

    @reliancejio has become very bad network, calls not connecting, shows switch off even when I'm not, frequent latency issues on the fiber. I'm loosing the trust in the network because of not able to make calls to my parents when I am not at home, continously showing that they are out of network area. #Jio #reliance
