I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

@IamAmbareesh @Airtel_Presence @Airtel Agree, But the main concern for me is the connectivity. @reliancejio isn't ready to install a tower at location and sometime calling isn't possible on jio numbers. Internet never works on any operator. I invite @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @reliancejio for tower installation.

@reliancejio From last couple of months your speed and net connection is getting poor to worse. From Mumbai to Delhi to bhavnagar I've experienced lots of slow speed and poor connection. Kindly rectify the problem , lot of negativity in public is increasing.

@JioCare Yes the connection is back because we travel 5 km to the jio broadband office and reported to the service manager personally. The last technician repaired the connection in less than 30 minutes. @JioCare train your team to value customer and don’t report falsely to skip duty
