    @JioCare I have messaged you several times, go to your inbox. One more thing, I bought a booster plan of 6GB which is expired within 2 hours without any extreme usage. If this kind of service you are providing then just ask for money from us. Stop robbing us.

    @JioCare Dear jio in my village-Bhartiya Post-Jait, Dist-Mathura ( UP) the most of the customers are of jio but your network coverage is just worst I and many other of village have complained about it but every time your answer was we are installing tower

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    @JioCare Recharged my monthly plan on 22nd April Internet down since 24th April 15 days since no internet. Scheduled an engineer visit 10 times. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber What a third class service. I mailed for cancellation of connection no response called customer care say they don't entertain mails for cancellation, neither they are taking request for cancellation on call and forcing to relocate or transfer

    @reliancejio First of all, bring a solution to this problem that if someone gets a wrong recharge, you people neither refund his money nor recharge him correctly, does giving your service mean causing loss to anyone or You don't care about profit, one day all the telecom companies will sink.

    @JioCare shifting is not possible In this situation what should the customer do? If AirFiber can't work properly and even shifting is not possible because of infrastructure limitations from your side then you should provide an alternate solution like Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection (3/3)
